Good stay - clean and spacious

location was great the apartment was spacious the kitchen had most things needed beds were good

the church bells were very loud early morning and it was tough to carry the luggage up the top floor without the elevator

From heaven to hell...

The appartment is in a good place next to everything. 1 min from the Xmas market, 5 from k-Lautern shopping center. It was just amazing. We have a lot of space inside and it's very clean. For the parking you have to find a place around.

Well, the neighbor below made a party. It was impossible to sleep. The smell of teir food come into the appartment. It was a nightmare. They were singing, dancing and screaming all night long. Even at 10am they still doing party. So for this point I wont go anymore there. When you are with your family you won't play Superman. The owner is not in charge of this inconvenience, his appartment is amazing.

Great overall

Super close to clubs, restaurants, and shopping. More than enough room for a group of people. Clear directions and easy access.

It is on the top floor, so the entire apartment is extremely hot. There are so many flights of stairs that I didn’t realize would be there. No parking near the home, so you will have to park and walk.

Nice downtown vibe but downtown hassles.

Spacious. Excellent wifi. Good views. Lots of diverse restaurants very close. Excellent value.

No parking. Owners were of no help when contacted about parking locations. They could have easily provided a diagram and explanation of parking options. Bathtub only downstairs but nice shower upstairs. Big kitchen. Had oven but microwave and toaster would have been much more practical. We were two couples and a second key would have been very helpful but again no response from owner.

minor inconvenience with not providing key instructions, hard to reach via telephone for international travelers. also the wifi was not working and we couldn’t fix it.

Nightmare

The service. We left the keys in and when called the service at 1.00 AM the only they said was "sorry we can't help and at this time you must pay extra €100". Stranded out overnight in full COVID-19 period. Totally unacceptable. We couldn't find any hotel available, and had to ask friends to host us. We don't recommend this accomodation to anyone.
