The location, the space, washer and dryer, they have installed air conditioners in both bedrooms, an American style coffee pot, the terrace to sit on while enjoying coffee.

This place was so comfortable, quiet and had everything one could possibly need. Everything about it was lovely. You will not find a better place to stay at such a reasonable price with the amount of room this offers. The whole place was beautifully cleaned and the garden is an added plus! It is the best place we have stayed on a long vacation. Much thanks to the owners. 😊

Well done...it sounds to good to be true...but it is awesome to stay at this location.

The owner / landlord bends over backwards to please his customers. The rental value is extremely good. It is not possible to find so much at this price. The place is large, has washing machine / dryer, great wi-fi and a great kitchen. We felt safe there, lots of parking possibilities...always. The owning family is very friendly and personable; the family found time to make a personal connection, to meet and greet their guests. The center of town is about a 10 minute walk.

Wir haben unseren nächsten Aufenthalt direkt wieder gebucht, tolle Wohnung mit Garten, super freundlicher Vermieter, Hunde willkommen. Wenige Minuten ins Zentrum von Kaiserslautern aber auch ins Grüne zum Gassi gehen.
