Wir waren schon öfter hier und wir freuen uns jedes Mal über das schöne Apartment, die tolle Lage, den tollen Ausblick. Das Penthouse ist toll eingerichtet, immer super sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe ist immer super easy!

It's incredibly well proportioned, in a quiet neighbourhood, and only a few minutes walk away from the Old Town. It's very clean, with two balconies, and enough provisions to keep you ticking over.
You aren't told which parking space is yours until you go into the apartment and read up; letting people know in advance might be a bit more beneficial.

Wir waren zu 6. mit 2 Familien hier und kommen gerne wieder einmal. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum. Auch ins Fußballstadion kann man zu Fuß gehen

Das Highlight des Penthouses sind natürlich die zwei Dachterrassen. Ein PKW-Parkplatz am Haus, ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ich hatte ein bequemes Bett mit guter Matratze (im Hauptschlafzimmer).
Die Ausstattung ist sehr rudimentär - in jeder Beziehung. Gespräche "hallen", weil sich so wenige Möbelstücke/Deko in der Wohnung befinden. Die Sauberkeit war wirklich nicht gut - Krümel auf dem Tisch, alte Lebensmittel, Eisfächer voll, Toiletten scheinbar auch nur semi geputzt. Man sieht dem Penthouse leider auf Schritt und Tritt an, dass es offenbar häufig von Monteuren genutzt wird.
