Good for group of young people

Very good location. Right in the heart of the Old Center. The washing machine with dryer was a plus, especially if you are in the middle of the trip. The mattresses seem low cost but quite comfortable.

I arrived late in the evening and the owner was waiting for me in front of the gate, so check-in was very easy. The first night I couldn't rest at all because there is a bar under the apartment and there was noise until about 1, 2 in the morning. I felt as if I was sleeping on chairs in a bar and the youngest child was very disturbed. The next day I didn't have internet until lunch and it was frustrating because I needed it. The towels smelled as if they had been dried in a humid environment but the owner was nice and replaced them but after that the blue color remained on the skin. After I told him that it was noisy at night, he talked to the owner of the bar and the sound was reduced, but it's not like sleeping in peace. The bedding is made of synthetic materials and of poor quality. In conclusion, it is a good place to stay more for groups of young people who spend until late at night, the apartament has many places to sleep. If they would replace the towels and bedclothes (they should be hotel ones), the stay would be much more pleasant.

Ok for a last minute booking but this place needs some improvements.

There were enough beds for our family of 5. It was easy to find and centrally located. The property owner gave clear instructions on how to access the apartment.

The condition of the apartment is fair but there are a few issues. The single bathroom was only accessible through one of the bedrooms. The shutters didn’t work and the curtains were very thin. The description of the property states that there is “parking on site“ but it should say on street parking. A microwave would be nice to add.

Die Altstadt-Perle macht ihrem Namen alle Ehre. Das Apartment befindet sich in einzigartiger Lage in der Konstanzer Fußgängerzone. Checkin, Ausstattung, Kommunikation, Komfort, Ausstattung - alles war einwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Für einen Aufenthalt im Herzen von Kaiserslautern ideal trotz kleinerer Abstriche.

Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Der Gastgeber war extrem hilfsbereit incl. eines Parkplatzes. Die Möblierung im Wohnbereich modern und gut. Das genutzte Bett sehr bequem. Die Wohnung insgesamt sehr sauber.

Das Bad und die Küche haben nicht den Standard der übrigen Wohnung. Sauber, aber die Ausstattung verhindert leider die Bestnote für die Wohnung.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Wohnung gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was notwendig ist um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Prima locatie om de stad te verkennen. Ruim appartement met 2 aparte slaapkamers. Locatie van het appartement is perfect. Binnen een paar minuten zit je in de stad. Parkeren kan op straat of in de parkeergarage een 200 meter verderop.
