Die Lage ist großartig !

Das Badezimmer ist ein wenig alt. Die Duschwand sollte ausgetauscht werden.

Het appartement is ruim en gelegen op loopafstand van het centrum van Kaiserslautern. Communicatie met de eigenaar was erg eenvoudig en reageerde elke keer direct.

Er kon her en der wat meer aandacht gegeven worden aan hygiene en uitstraling. Heel veel stof op kastjes (is er wel schoongemaakt), douchescherm met barst en gat erin, kapotte glazen in de keuken, schimmel in badkamer…

The equipment and the location was awesome.

The water was sometimes cold

Liked the location of the rental property. The apartment was clean, a washer was a blessing to have.

Overall, the property is in need of a thorough renovation. The couches in the living room are so low you might as well sit on the floor. The kitchen was not very well equipped, not enough dishes. The coffee maker did not work, the landlord was contacted regarding this, but no response. The cabinets are very outdated. There was still an open bottle of wine left by the previous renter. The shower enclosure has a hole in it and needs to be replaced. The rest of a bar of soap from a previous renter was still left on the edge of the bathtub. The parking is not at all convenient and not on site.
