Great place to stay while sorted out an emergency situation.
The shower rooms were the smallest I've seen, but it is Paris, after all. Everything was clean and linens and towels were provided, so no complaints there.

Good for short stay and smaller groups
Very good location, good metro access, very light space, kitchen well equipped, separate access to bathroom and toolet, the staff were very responsive to all our questions.
The bathrooms were tiny, one toilet only, the upper floor was difficult to access with very tiny stairs.

Помешкання тепле, комфортне для проживання з усім необхідним обладнанням.
Ми були на початку грудня, і в помешканні було дуже тепло, були всі необхідні кухонні прибори, чисто, квартира відповідала опису. Ліжка на першому поверсі - зручні
Лише один туалет, в якому не було ні вікна і навіть елементарної витяжки для провітрювання ( туалет менше метра від кухонного столу, де ми їли) і якщо хтось захотів в туалет- це дуже не зручно, в усіх сенсах 😒 Ліжка на другому і третьому поверсі дуже скрипучі. Відсутній пульт від кондиціонера для третього поверху.

La tranquillité et l'emplacement. L'appartement est spacieux pour 8 et bien agencé.
Il manque un micro onde et quelques équipements cuisine, un wc a l'étage. La banquette lit pourrait être remplacée car inconfortable pour dormir

Está bien para familia grande
La ubicación es buena aunque no perfecta, está algo retirado del centro y lugares turísticos de Paris. Un Bolt puede costar entre 15 y 25 euros el trayecto al centro. Nos alojamos una familia de 10 personas. La comunicación con los dueños muy buena, genial.
La instalaciones son buenas, cocina muy completa. Lo peor, es que, aunque hay dos duchas, WC solo había uno en la planta baja y es un problema para el que duerme en la 2 planta e ir al baño de noche. Las escaleras son recomendables para niños. La limpieza podía mejorar, por debajo de las camas no se limpia desde q se aperturó.

Es gibt leider nur eine Toilette, was für 9 Leute etwas wenig ist. Man schafft es aber, sich damit zu arrangieren.
