My family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VERY lovely home. It's very close location to the Metro opened the ENTIRE city to us at a reasonable cost. The host were kind, considerate, informative, but most importantly responsive. I highly recommend this location.

We arrived Sunday afternoon and Laurence owner met us promptly. It was stuffy in the apartment when we arrived but when we went to turn on the air conditioning we were informed it wasn't working. As promised, the AC was fixed the next day.
We were told to keep quiet in the common area out of respect for the neighbors otherwise we would forfeit half of our deposit if there were complaints, but the next day there were several workers in the common area making much more noise than we could imagine. There were wires sticking out of the walls where the hood for the stove should be, so at the time of this writing there is obviously work to be done.
That said, the price was in-line with our budget, the owners were pleasant to deal with, the toilets and showers were clean and functional(enough to accomodate our 9 people excellently!), the linens and towels provided were clean. The furniture and beds were modern and comfortable. The appliances were in good order except for the clothes washer, which did not rinse the soap or spin the excess water out of the clothes. We actually had to bring our clothes to the sink and rinse them out. The clothes dryer worked well, though. We were kind of banking on the clothes washer as we had been on the road for a week and needed to do some laundry. Again, on the good side, there is a cleaner just across the street if the provided facilities don't meet your needs as well as a very handy grocery store just around the corner. The metro is super close (5 minutes). There is also a bank with ATM nearby that doles out Euros and US Dollars.
4 or even 5 stars would be appropriate if all of the construction was complete(no construction material lying around and wires coming out of the walls), had the AC been working from the start, and not the threat of losing our deposit if some neighbor decided we were making too much noise. We would stay here again in the future if these items are addressed. Price for what you get=great, owners=excellent, location=excellent.
