Good place, close to the metro stations. The layout was not the best for our visit. We had 3 couples and wanted a private bathroom with a shower for each couple. The place has 3 floors, with 2 rooms on the top floor, 1 room on the main floor, and 1 room on the basement floor. The bedroom on the main level had a private bathroom with a shower which was perfect. There was also another separate half bath with a toilet and sink on the main floor. The lower room had a 'bathroom' that contained a tub, a sink, and the washer/dryer but no toilet. Upstairs there was a separate bathroom with a toilet and shower. One bedroom upstairs had a shower in the room but no sink or toilet.

This property was perfect and exactly as described. There was no pool but all the accommodations were nice.
