Posizione ottima, 11 arrondissement, molti servizi vicini e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro 9 Voltaire, Ottima la presenza del deposito bagagli.

Abbiamo alloggiato al 3 piano e senza ascensore e a fine giornata non è piacevole fare le scale. Bagno senza finestra e con aspiratore insufficiente, era presente un odore sgradevole che abbiamo cercato di ovviare con deodorante spray.

The location was amazing, and honestly, everything about our stay was perfect. I stayed here with my family, and from the moment I booked the apartment, the staff maintained excellent communication with me. They were always available and willing to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very welcomed even before we arrived. When we checked in, we found a lovely welcome note and even some pastries waiting for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture, especially because we arrived hungry after traveling! Those little details made such a difference and immediately made us feel at home. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and very well prepared for guests. There was air conditioning in every bedroom, which was incredibly helpful, especially after experiencing the Paris heat wave during our trip. After having some disappointing experiences with other accommodations during our vacation, staying here was such a refreshing experience. I truly cannot say enough about how welcomed and well taken care of we felt. I would stay here again without hesitation and would absolutely recommend it to families or anyone visiting the area. If I could give this place 1,000 out of 10, I would! ❤️

Absolutely nothing. I genuinely have no complaints about our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the apartment and location to the communication and hospitality of the staff. One of the best stays of our entire trip, and definitely a place I would return to. Even after we checked out, the staff followed up with a lovely email saying they hoped we had enjoyed our stay and we absolutely did! That extra gesture showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. From the moment we booked until after we left. We felt welcomed and well taken care off.

There was no breakfast Coffee was good Location was okay

Stairs made too much noises going up and down. There is no barrier in shower so every time we took shower, water came out on the floor . Second bedroom on the second floor was really small for two twin beds
