The location is very good: it's in a nice neighborhood, close to a few metro stations and grocery stores, and within walking distance of some main tourist attractions. There is enough space in the apartment for seven people. However, it would definitely not be enough for 10 people, as stated in the description. Communication was really simple and effective. Responses were quick and clear. We really appreciated finding the key in the locked box at the apartment, which made us feel much more at ease upon our arrival after our long and exhausting journey from Canada to Paris.

You must be prepared for a ground floor apartment. Noise at night is inevitable. Some minor repairs would certainly improve the apartment's overall impression. I know it's not common for rental properties like this to provide essential items in the kitchen, such as salt and sugar, but it would have been a nice touch. :) (like for example, shampoo and shower gel, which we discovered despite being told to bring our own. :)).

THE GOOD Good location at republic sqaure, near metro station and lots of shops, can even walk to many sites though metro is easy. Flat is good sized for location.

THE BAD They changed location day before arrival to 2km away! Cheeky buggers said at no extra cost to us! Booking com were useless in amending transfer to the new location about 30mins walk away so had to haggle with the driver. When arrived, they changed a few hours later to another SMALLER ANOTHER FLAT, a 2 bed instead of the 3bed we booked After a nights sleep, changed us back to the changed 3bed flat! So we never stayed at Urban Flat 159 instead hopped between flats 78 and 76. Urban Chaos Flats! THE UGLY Apartment had not been cleaned for a week! Had previous guests dirty sheets and rubbish piled high, mouldy cups in the sink, large mirror fallen off a wall and other minor damage around, which is why they changed us in the evening after we complained that we need CLEAN BED SHEETS, can't sleep in other peoples dirty smelly sheets! It's like they won't clean and save some money but if the customer complains then they will clean and give some BS excuse for why it's not been cleaned in at least a week!
