    The place is lovely but.... I booked one of the Stream View rooms, and whilst the room was lovely, I had very loud neighbours. They had loud music in the evening, and to be fair, they turned it down relatively quickly when I said it to the staff. Next morning at 6.15am, the guy spent almost an hour having a loud phone conversation. So, despite everything being quite nice, I couldn't just relax for the one night / morning I'd booked. 2 other annoyances - grilled pork for dinner wasn't good, but the mash and soup were v good, as was the pasta Bolognese for lunch. And the bath soak in the bottle isn't free apparently (180k) - I couldn't see anything saying a price, and the reusable bottle kinda suggests free... The 30 min foot massage that was included was lovely. I want to like the place, and I think I was just unlucky. But I can't recommend the Stream View room based on my experience. WiFi a bit meh also

    Gia đình 4 người tôi có thời gian khá ngắn tại đây (1 đêm) sau đó là hành trình chinh phục Hà Giang Loop. Mọi thứ đều ổn, đệm xịn và êm, chăn gối sạch sẽ và dễ chịu, có turndown service, thư viết tay gửi khách, có quản gia riêng chăm sóc tận tình. Mọi thứ gần như hoàn hảo, trừ việc phòng có mùi cống hoặc nhà vệ sinh gì đó.... ngay từ khi bước vào tôi đã báo cho lễ tân và HK đã tới hỗ trợ, nhưng sau khi đốt tinh dầu vẫn không ăn thua. Cả đêm cả nhà bị mùi ám ảnh, ngủ không ngon giấc. Cần cải thiện phần đó nhé!

    Chúng tôi có kỳ nghỉ ngắn ngày tại đây ! Nhưng vượt ngoài kỳ vọng so với giá cả phải bỏ ra để trải nghiệm với tôi là không xứng đáng. Ngoài trừ chất lượng phòng đẹp và tốt. Còn lại các dịch vụ khác đều rất tệ. Bữa ăn với số tiền bỏ ra không nhỏ nhưng đồ ăn được mang ra đều đã nguội và kém hấp dẫn .. thật sự là trải nghiệm rất Tệ
