    I really enjoyed my stay here during my trip in Sapa. The location is quiet and very close to the lake, which was perfect for relaxing. The host and all staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making my stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for all.

    No words can describe how much this hotel is worth. First of all, look for Ms. Mai Linh. She is the best receptionist we have ever met. She let us check in early, upgraded our room, packed us breakfast as we had to leave early due to our bus timing back to Hanoi. She attended to all our needs and questions. The hotel's facility are good, wifi speed appropriate. They even do in house laundry for an affordable price! Definitely underrated hotel in Sapa! Highly recommended!!

    We kwamen rond 6 00uur aan met de nachtbus. Omdat er nog kamers vrij waren, kregen we een upgrade naar een kamer met uitzicht op het meer en mochten we zelfs direct op de kamer. Voor een kleine vergoeding konden we ook al ontbijten in het hotel. Alles prima geregeld. Het personeel, de kamer, het ontbijt ...alles was 100% in orde.
