The views and the gardens were beautiful

The location is good, slightly outside of the city centre with amazing views but not too far to travel back and forth. The room was designed beuatifully and the large window over looking the mountains a big bonus

The heater in our room didnt really work, despite having it checked on. Meaning we were extremely cold during our stay and ended up sleeping 3 in a bed for warmth. The room wasn't cleaned whilst we there for 3 nights or toilet paper replaced, nor was there really a place to throw away rubbish. The resturaunt and morning breakfast was a little dissapointing as they only served rice, eggs and bread. During our stay we were the only guests at the accomodation so it was peacful, but maybe a little desserted. The room came with a kettle, but only two cups and 1 tea bag which was a little strange and the wifi details were not available in the room and had to be requested.

Staff very friendly they help many things I need, my room make me feel comfortable. I will suggest my friend when I back home. Also when I come back I will book there again

Pokoje ciekawe, mocno przeszkolone, ciepłe z pięknymi widokami na okolicę. Łóżko wygodne. Hotel bardzo ładnie i oryginalnie wykończony chociaż sam standard wykończenia jest typowo azjatycki. Właścicielka była bardzo zaangażowana i bardzo starała nam się pomóc ale...

Na właśnie tych ale trochę jest. Obiekt jest w trakcie inwestycji i obok budowany jest kolejny budynek. Zaraz za oknami codziennie rano w godzinach 6.30-7.00 miałem gwarantowaną pobudkę. Walenie, wiercenie, przybijanie, rumor i wszystko co spotyka się na budowach. Śniadań w naszym tego słowa znaczeniu brak. Codziennie była podawana rano zupa pho. Odpuściliśmy. Właścicielka bardzo chciała nam pomóc i udało się zorganizować jajka sadzone i banana. Trzy dni z rzędu! Lokalizacja jest słaba. Transport jest obowiązkowy.
