    We had a wonderful three-night stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel and would gladly give it the highest rating. The staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They kindly arranged an early check-in so we could access our room sooner, which we really appreciated. At check-out, they even allowed us to use the spa area to refresh before leaving, a very thoughtful touch. The team was dedicated, attentive, and genuinely listened to our feedback. We also loved the rooftop area and the beautiful mountain views. The warm hospitality, flexibility, and excellent service made our stay truly enjoyable and memorable.

    100000/10! Everything in here is perfect! The reception area is beautiful and spacious. The room is very spacious and they have welcome cookies and snacks that are very delicious! We have a nice balcony with chairs where you can hang out if you wanted to feel the cold breeze. The breakfast buffet is amazing! A lot of choices and they are delicious. The staffs are also nice. The view on the restaurant is breathtaking and you’ll really enjoy your food. The location is also good. We are walking distance from the Sapa Plaza and Sapa Church. The reception is always smiling and welcoming. They gave me a coin purse! Housekeeping also refilled our toiletries and changed the towels even though its only a day. Wonderful hotel! Would definitely recommend

    One of the best hotels in Sa Pa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location is excellent, walking distance to sun plaza, the rooms are super comfortable, and overall, it offers great value for money. A special thank you to Wendy, who was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She even assisted us in planning our DIY tour and patiently guided us on which places to visit first so we could make the most of our time in Sa Pa. Her kindness and excellent service made our stay even more memorable. Salute to you, Wendy! ❤️👏 We truly enjoyed our stay and will surely come back—next time with the whole family! Highly recommended! 🏔️❤️
