    An absolute gem in Sapa! The price was great, the central location put me right in the middle of everything, and the breakfast was excellent. The views from my 8th-floor room were incredible. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even gave me a sweet little parting gift at check-out. I don't know if life will ever bring me back to Sapa, but if I ever return, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

    Amazing hotel with one of the best views in Sapa! The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us arrange tours and anything else we needed during our trip. The rooftop bar and restaurant have a beautiful view overlooking the town, and the complimentary local snacks and fresh fruits were a thoughtful touch. The location is perfect, right next to Sapa Square, the lake, and Cau May Street. Would definitely stay here again!

    The stay was perfect, and I loved everything about this hotel. From the service and facilities to the comfort and atmosphere, everything exceeded my expectations. I have absolutely no complaints at all. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

    Highly recommended. Staff are courteous specially Wendy, the lady on the front desk, very helpful and accommodating. Located within the town center. Bfast with lots of options.
