The food is good, buffet style. The staff are friendly, the room is clean, air-conditioned, spacious room, budget friendly, highly recommended. And the most priceless of all is their stunning view of the mountains.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a mixed experience. I booked a room for three people, but the hotel only provided one bottle of drinking water for all three guests, which was quite inconvenient. I requested additional water several times and also discovered that the kettle could not be used because its power cable was missing. Only after I raised these issues did the hotel provide one more bottle of water, bringing the total to two bottles for three people. I believe the hotel should provide sufficient drinking water for the number of guests staying in the room and ensure that all room amenities are complete and functional. I was also quite surprised by the hotel's access arrangement. After checking in at the front desk on the ground floor, I had to take the lift to the 7th floor and then climb another two flights of stairs to reach my room, which was roughly equivalent to the 9th floor. This information was not clearly communicated beforehand. The view overlooking the hillside behind the hotel is very pleasant and relaxing. However, because the hotel is located close to the shop lots, it can be somewhat noisy at times, although it was still acceptable for me. One inconvenience I experienced was during rainy weather. After returning to the building and taking the lift to the 7th floor, I still had to climb two more flights of stairs to reach my room. Unfortunately, this staircase is not covered by a roof or shelter, so I had to walk through the rain again before finally reaching the hotel. On another night, I returned to the hotel after midnight and found that the staircase lights had been switched off, making the area quite dark. I had to walk carefully to avoid missing a step and potentially falling down the stairs. For safety reasons, I believe the staircase lighting should remain on throughout the night. Overall, the scenery and location are good, and the hillside view is a nice feature. However, the hotel could improve its guest experience by providing adequate drinking water, ensuring room amenities are complete, and improving access and safety, especially during rainy weather and late at night.
