The best you can expect in terms of location and comfort. Right behind SAPA station and close to everything in a quiet and mesmeric lane.

Whilst the room itself was a bit outdated, it was comfortable. It was lovely to have doors which opened to a little balcony.

The following are some suggestions - Some hooks would be good for hanging towels. The rack on the wall is not functional - The fridge did not work, and though we asked for this to be rectified, this was not forthcoming - The front foyer area is not welcoming (dark and dingy) and our greeting was less than impressive. As we were being checked in, another female staff member (presumably manager) totally interrupted the conversation, ignoring us and was talking very loudly to the staff member behind the desk for quite a while. This was very rude - whilst there was plenty of food on offer for breakfast, there was shortages of plates/cups/milk. The food was also heavily oriented to the Asian taste and a few simple additions would be nice to cater for western tourists . We ended up eating elsewhere.
