Location is great! Sapa night market is just 1-2 minute walk away. Family suite with balcony is big and comfortable for a family of 4. Room is clean and spacious. Reception is extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed us to keep our luggage after check-in and shower at the lobby toilet before we leave Sapa for our sleeper train. Really appreciate their kindness.

We took the overnight bus from Hanoi and reached Sapa early in the morning, around 6 AM. The hotel staff allowed us to store our luggage and provided us with a bathroom to shower. We really appreciated that after the long and tiring journey from Hanoi.
Plus, we were able to purchase the train and cable car tickets directly from the hotel at no extra charge, which saved us the hassle of queueing at the Sun Plaza ticket counter.
It’s about a 20 to 30-minute walk to the town area, which may be a disadvantage for those who prefer staying near the attractions. However, getting to town by taxi is still very convenient, and since our family enjoys walking, it wasn’t really an issue for us.

We felt home at this beautiful hote from the very beginning. The hotel staff in particular took so much care about us and provided super useful tips for trips and lively spots in sapa to see.
Rooms very absolutely clean and comfy. Highly recommended stay in sapa.
