Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa

I honestly couldn’t find anything to dislike about my stay at Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa. The entire experience was superb and truly exceeded my expectations. From the staff, environment, breakfast, pool, sauna, room, to the overall service — everything was excellent. The resort is beautifully located on a hill, and since it is quite spacious, buggy service is provided throughout the property. Even though our room was a bit far from the lobby and activity area, it was never an issue because the buggy usually arrived within 10 minutes after we requested it. The buggy staff were also very friendly, helpful, and adorable. One of the most memorable touches was receiving a handwritten welcome card upon check-in. The handwriting was so beautiful, and I truly appreciated the effort they put into such a thoughtful detail. I even kept the card and brought it back home with me. The resort itself is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The view from my room was amazing, and the same goes for the public pool and restaurant. Breakfast was superb as well, with a wide variety of choices. Although the resort is a little far from the main Sapa town, that was exactly what I was looking for — a quiet and immersive getaway. At the same time, it was still very easy to call a Grab whenever we wanted to visit the city. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay, and I would definitely love to return.
