    We stayed for three nights and had a disappointing experience. There were a lot of mosquitoes and insects, and the mountain view we booked was mostly blocked by ongoing construction. Breakfast was okay, but the air conditioner leaked water and the room had poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear the guests next door shouting at night. The Wi-Fi and cellular signal were also very poor. The smart TV kept lagging and could not even play YouTube properly. The most worrying part was coming back one day and finding our room left open and unlocked after housekeeping. This made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The hotel really needs to improve its maintenance, internet connection, soundproofing, and security.

    we are kinda surprised with the staff cuz they're super nice and soft 🥰 Especially Ms. Nghia. We got the early check-in cuz we arrived kinda early in the morning. And whenever we need help or something they always provide what we asked for. However I didn't get the welcome drink when we first arrived 🥲 Only till the end of the stay when we need to ask it. In the end, everything is just nice 💞

    I had a really pleasant stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, and they went above and beyond to assist me with any issues I had during my stay. I was also very kindly upgraded to a room with a better view, which I really appreciated. The service definitely deserves 6 stars from me! If you stay in a Panorama Room, the view is absolutely stunning. You get an unobstructed view over the valley below, and waking up to that scenery is definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The only downside for me was the noise. Even though I stayed in a Panorama Room, I could still hear traffic from the main road below. I think this is partly because the rooms are wooden bungalows, so the soundproofing isn’t the best. You can also hear the resort’s buggy carts passing by from time to time. That said, if you’re not particularly sensitive to noise, I’d still highly recommend experiencing this place. The beautiful Sapa valley view and excellent service definitely make it worth the stay.

    Had terrible case of food poisoning after ordering the fried rice ala carte in the restaurant. Did not expect this from such a place. Still unwell. The monutain view cottage I booked was not clean. The wooden bean running through the roof was covered in cobwebs and dust/ mold. Had to give up on the view and the room which was really pretty to move in to another villa. The property as such is pretty and spacious and aesthetic. The staff was polite. The location is also good since it is walkable to the rice fields below. Both the food and room cleanliness issue affecting the stay left a poor overall impression.
