Our stay at Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa was truly a lovely experience. From the beautiful surroundings to the peaceful atmosphere, everything made our time in Sapa feel extra special. Waking up to the beautiful mountain scenery and enjoying the fresh air was something we really appreciated. The resort has a charm of its own, making it a perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the moment. What made the stay even better was the warm hospitality and friendliness of the staffs. Will definitely come back again!

Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it a lot, the hotel is out of town so will need to organise travel to and from hotel (the shuttle bus has to be pre booked and only runs 3 times from the hotel) the room was great, the staff were amazing, the breakfast was awesome, great selection and delicious. The hotel rooms are spread out along a hill so they take you to and from your room via a cart, very handy and easy to request. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a scenic, peaceful hotel in sapa.

Had terrible case of food poisoning after ordering the fried rice ala carte in the restaurant. Did not expect this from such a place. Still unwell. The monutain view cottage I booked was not clean. The wooden bean running through the roof was covered in cobwebs and dust/ mold. Had to give up on the view and the room which was really pretty to move in to another villa. The property as such is pretty and spacious and aesthetic. The staff was polite. The location is also good since it is walkable to the rice fields below. Both the food and room cleanliness issue affecting the stay left a poor overall impression.
