Expensive and add some more gym facility

This place is incredible, you must stay here. Food was incredible and our room was out of this world. They are a little out of town so perfect to relax and wind down

The property was absolutely stunning, you can tell there has been immense attention to detail regarding the design of the property, views are beautiful, staff are lovely and hospitable, food is an experience.

Location n the valley was good

Surrounded by noisy construction that it would have been polite to have been advised of. Noisy room overlooking dining area. Slippery paths. Poorly designed bathroom. No fridge in rooms. No glasses in rooms. Rotting banana left for entire stay in room. Breakfast was awful (raw oats are NOT muesli) and way too expensive. 10% surcharge for using credit card is outrageous. We were the only people staying at the hotel but it was clearly explained to us that we could not have an early check in despite arriving with no sleep. Thankfully we had booked an extra night so could access our room earlier but I pity anyone who hadn’t. Medication related request to put a freezer bag in the freezer was mishandled and caused loss of expensive medication. Overall the vibe was all about money and it took away from the experience.
