    Overall, We had a very pleasant stay at Ville De Mont Mountain Resort. 👍 The mountain scenery and surrounding views were beautiful, and the resort had a peaceful atmosphere that made it a great place to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. The room was comfortable, and the overall environment was clean and well maintained. A special mention to Vivian at the reception and Lucie, the Breakfast Team Leader. Both were exceptional throughout my stay. They were warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their excellent service and friendly attitude made my experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast team was also welcoming, and the overall service was good. There are plenty of beautiful spots around the resort to enjoy the scenery and take photos. There is still some room for improvement in certain areas, but overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend Ville De Mont Mountain Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway. Thank you to Vivian, Lucie, and the team for making my stay memorable! 👍

    Our stay at Hotel Ville De Mont, Sapa was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the cleanliness, luxurious rooms, and thoughtful little touches made the experience feel truly special. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and accommodating throughout our stay. We had an evening train back to Hanoi and requested a quick shower before departing. The hotel was so flexible and understanding with our request, which we really appreciated. Every request was handled promptly, and we never experienced a long wait for anything. The rooms were beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and luxurious, while the high level of security gave us an added sense of comfort. There were also plenty of activities available within the villa, making it easy to enjoy the property without having to go anywhere. What stood out most was the genuine attention to detail — from the little touches in the room to the consistently thoughtful service from the staff. A truly memorable stay from start to finish. Definitely a 5-star experience, and a hotel we would be happy to return to when we’re back in Sapa!

    It’s way too expensive for the facility and services offered. There’s nobody at the parking pickup, they don’t speak English and we were stranded multiple times. The cottage is nice but I wouldn’t come back.
