    We booked 3 nights but decided to left the hotel on our second day as it was not a good experience. Upon checking in we arrived 10pm and we were so confused as the lobby was no light, and it was like not we expected base on the photos in the page. The room they gave us happened to be not cleaned and ready so they gave us another room which is I would say not good at all. The sink in the toilet was leaking and the bathroom was flooding and it has also a stinky smell from the toilet coming to the room and we hardly slept at all. But to be fair the breakfast was good.

    The staff was nice, we had a room which we did not like, however they kindly move us to another room without charge. The building is nice and clean, bedroom was also clean. So i was happy with it.

    Great hotel location! Especially if you want to visit moana, its a walking distance and near many restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are also shown genuine hospitality.

    Good value boutique hotel that didn’t quite live up to expectations. Most visitors arrive Sapa very early so an early check-in if you can get it helps but doing so raised additional cost. I stayed 2 nights and my room on the top 6th floor (lift only goes to level 5) wasn’t serviced. Laundry is available but is more expensive than comparable hotels. Breakfast buffet was good and the lady serving excellent. Overall, the price and location was ok but be aware of the deficiencies before booking.
