I like everything except the aircon. It takes too long coz the aircon is only turned in once my key is there and i request for another key unfortunately the staff said they only give one key. If i go down for food the aircon is off and when i get it is so hot. I rang maintenance but they said it takes a while to get it going. Since its a big room it really takes a while so while waiting i am perspiring. Over all the view from the hotel is so amazing.so im still very Happy to be there.
Just giving out one key card for a very big room.

The hotel is very good and our stay was comfortable.
What really disturbed was the manner in which the hotel dealt with a misplaced small tea spoon in the room. We are indian vegetarians and carry lot of our food and utensils. By mistake one of the small tea spoon not even worth 100 Rs. came along with our utensils in our bag. We were made to search for it...this was disgusting...A five star hotel doing such a thing for a small tea spoon was really disgusting. They should come to India to see how the Taj or Oberoi treats their guests as Maharajas.
