Great location. Close to city center and Sapa Station to see Fansipan. The service was also great. You get discounts for the spa and restaurants. Everything is accessible and the view is amazing.
Rooms should have USB outlets or more updated technology.

Clean and staffs are friendly. The view overlooking the mountains is extremely beautiful! Breakfast buffet selection is good!
They only issued 1 room card, maybe need to request for the second one.

Magnificent view of Fansipan mountain ranges & valleys from private balcony. Centrally located in the vicinity of main locations in the Sapa town.
Nothing to mention as such. However seeing the popularity of the hotel among Indian tourists it would be appreciated that if they could cater Indian Vegetarian breakfast options also.
