    Had a pleasant stay here. The view was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also really appreciated the flexibility of being able to check in early and check out early, even with an additional charge. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. Would definitely consider staying here again.

    Nhận phòng lúc 13h, dùng wc thì thấy nước chảy quá chậm, báo liền với staff thì staff (1) lên xem và nói nước có chảy, chỉ là hơi chậm. Mình ko đồng ý vì 3ng dùng cái wc chậm rì như vậy chắc chắn ko được, nên nói staff gọi thợ, kết quả là staff ok ok cho qua chứ chả gọi thợ. Đợi 30p, mình tiếp tục xuống và gọi staff (2) lên xem tình hình, xem xong vẫn nói nước có chảy nhưng chậm, để họ gọi thợ đến. Mệt quá nên ngủ đến 16h chiều, dậy vẫn chưa thấy thợ đâu :)) xuống lễ tân 1 lần nữa và staff (3) lên xem, lần này họ hứa gọi thợ và ừ có thợ thật. Vậy là hơn 3 tiếng đồng hồ chỉ để xử lý cái wc bị tắc :). Kinh khủng hơn là lỗ thoát nước của phòng tắm nằm ngay dưới lavabo, và nước từ lavabo chảy xuống, tràn ra phòng tắm siêu bẩn, nước ở vòi tắm bên trong cũng đổ dốc về phía lavabo, thoát chậm và rất dơ. 1 trải nghiệm kinh khủng ở sapa.
