Great stay. The staff were genuinely kind and always available, the room was spotless and spacious, and the value for money is excellent. We'd also booked and paid for an extra night directly with the hotel, and when our plans changed we asked to cancel late at night — they approved it and refunded us in full, which is not something you can take for granted. Highly recommended.

Had a very pleasant stay at Central Sapa March Hotel. The location is excellent—close to the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, while the staff were friendly and very helpful. Great value for money and highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!

A great value for money hotel. The location is good, just a few minutes walk away from sun world plaza central station. The staff is very helpful and you can easily reach them via WhatsApp.

The room can be a little bit stuffy, especially if you choose the room with a “window” yet it just faces the staircase. The rooms can also be a bit noisy because it is not soundproof so you can hear the conversations from outside your door and in the next room. They have heater in the shower and air condition. They also have an elevator but there are a few times where it is under maintenance. It can also be a bit challenging to open the main roll-up and ask for assistance because there’s often no one at the concierge. You ask the people around and they say they are not with the hotel (only with the spa downstairs).
Locations is good because it’s just walking distance to the restaurants, some attractions, and the city center.
