    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a very pleasant stay at An’s Space. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, with beautiful surroundings that make you truly feel in Sa Pa. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and cozy — perfect to relax after exploring the mountains. The staff is kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. They did their best to accommodate us and were always polite and attentive throughout our stay. You can feel that they care about their guests. One important note for future travelers: there seemed to be an issue with Agoda, as the property mentioned they have not been working with the platform for several weeks and did not receive our reservation. We recommend contacting the hotel directly before arrival to avoid any confusion. Overall, despite the booking misunderstanding, our experience at An’s Space was positive thanks to the staff’s professionalism and hospitality. Would recommend for a peaceful stay in Sa Pa. 🌿✨

    The place is super cozy, very spacious and clean. The owner and staff are all kind and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommended

    There was no one at the property when we arrived after an overnight bus. We had to wait in the open for almost 2 hours until someone showed up. The bedsheets were stained. The hot water was brown in colour.
