    The hotel receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful and a wealth of information. Most of our touring was planned and arranged with her and we could not have done better. The location is in close proximity to the funicular station, shopping centre and village square, very short walk and convenient

    Our stay at Sapa Eden Boutique was truly memorable, and the biggest reason was the incredible hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was exceptionally warm, polite, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. A special thank you to Jenny at the reception. She was absolutely fantastic and made us feel so welcome from the very beginning. She took care of everything so smoothly and was always available whenever we needed help. What really stood out was the level of personal attention. The staff kept checking on us throughout our stay, making sure everything was okay and asking if we needed anything. They also gave us some excellent local tips and recommendations, which made exploring Sapa much easier and more enjoyable. It never felt like they were simply doing their job — it genuinely felt like they cared about us having a great experience. That kind of warmth and hospitality is something you remember long after leaving. Thank you so much to Jenny and the entire team at Sapa Eden Boutique for taking such good care of us and making our stay so special. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Sapa!
