    The room picture is misleading, but the room just okay, bed was hard and the hot water cannot be used, I've waiting 15-30minutes after turn it on, the water still cold. The room is not soundproof, any event on the restaurant can be hear from the room, the baby cry in the 2nd floor also can hear in 3rd floor, got 1 night ppl smoke in the hallway and the smoke get in to the room with nothing I can do to erase the smell. But the location just ok, not too near but not too far from the lake.

    PROS: Perfect location if you're riding with HK busline since its near their office, near sapa center also CONS: no person at the reception every time, you have to wait for a long time before someone can assist you, one time i have to check out my self and leave a note. overall it was a decent hotel with a for a cheap price, if you're visiting here make sure to dine in the nearest bun cha and porridge restaurant! a must try

    Hotel was located in a good location. And for **** a day deal it was worth it. Room was big. Not perfect but if u r looking for quick room on odd timings this is good

    Room nothing like pictures. Window looked onto hallway/AC unit/neighbours. First night OK, then days got worse. Summer Festival/Reunification Day long w'end. Noisy locals staying. On speaker phone in hallway regularly. Kids running up n down all hours. Caught a fella early morning on loudspeaker talking and smoking outside my room. Smoking forbidden in hotel. I asked him to remove himself. Reported straight to reception. Bfast was awful. No choices only greasy fried eggs and so called dry toast, which resembled stale bread. Nobody regularly manning reception. Checked myself out early this morning.
