    We just had a great experience with this hotel. They have free lounge that can leave our luggage and roam around before checking in. We can also use the bathroom. Only challenge is the location since going up and down is exhausting. But overall good experience

    We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel! The location is great just within walking distance of Sun Plaza, which made it very convenient for us. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. What we appreciated most was how responsive and accommodating the staff were. Whenever we needed something they responded quickly and were always willing to help. We truly felt well taken care of during our stay. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Sapa. ❤️

    I booked a Deluxe double room because of their round bed with mountain view. However, i was really disappointed when they did not give me the room that i booked. The staff said it was under maintenance. They could have informed me ahead of time but they did not. And i also requested for few things but they did not provide. The staff promised to give me the room i booked the next day, I accepted without arguing because she’s nice. Next day came, they asked me to pack my things so i could move to the other room. But again, they just transfer my things to a room with mountain view but the bed was the same. I asked again for the round bed but she said it’s still under maintenance. I was really disappointed. She promised to refund my money. But then more than a week has passed and I don’t hear from them. First photo was the one I booked and my requests. 2nd photo was the room they gave me. 3rd photo was the one they transferred me in 😞
