    Great stay in the center of Sapa. The room was cozy and comfortable, and everything was within walking distance. Nam and the staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

    Stayed for 3 nights at Pine Hills Ecolodge. The rooms are well kept, and the staff’s service is top notch. They even packed a delicious sandwich with a bottle of water when you check out from the lodge. Well done!

    During the booking enquiry, I had to follow up several times as there was no reply. This was not a good experience. I booked a total of 5 rooms for 3 nights. Two of the standard rooms had a slight smell, while the other rooms were clean and okay. During check-in, the service was okay only. Around 10:30pm, the lobby lights had already been switched off, which made the hotel feel a bit quiet and unwelcoming. On the positive side, the breakfast was okay. We also had an early check-out on the last day, and the hotel was kind enough to prepare breakfast for us. We appreciated that.

    We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and were very happy with everything. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Sapa Church, making it very convenient for exploring the town. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely maintained, and the breakfast was also good with a nice selection. What really stood out was the warm and thoughtful hospitality from the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. When we checked out and were preparing to travel back to Hanoi, the staff kindly helped us pack food for the journey. Their kindness and willingness to go beyond what we expected truly touched us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely be happy to stay here again when we return to Sapa. Highly recommended!
