Location was great, few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. 10 minutes walk from Sapa Square. The hotel doesn't actually havw breakfast included but we didn't mind and they gave a refund for that. Room was nice and clean. The view was amazing!

The property is located near to the market so very easy accessible

Our room had a good view of the valley below.
The restaurant wasn't operating so had to walk uphill about 1km to a sister hotel to have breakfast there. The bathroom needed maintenance (leaking, loose taps). Interior decor pretty basic.
