Good, simple place to stay
Good location, lovely courtyard for us to use, bed was comfortable. Lots of towels included.
Shower was quite small, there was a washing machine but not for guest use. Coffee stovetop utensil was a bit mouldy. I would have loved check in information a bit before arrival.

c'erano solo bustine caffè e niente the'. Poi non c'era nient'altro ma in ogni caso non era compresa
Riscaldamento con climatizzatore posizionato troppo in alto, non riusciva a riscaldare. Inoltre stanza tutta aperta con corridoio e il caldo usciva tutto di la'. In bagno zero riscaldamento, dovuto fare doccia al freddo!!! E dormito al freddo!!!

Struttura nuova sembrava appena ristrutturata
Mancanza di aria condizionata poi se apri le finestre tantissime zanzare, la tendina zanzariera sulla porta molto economica mentre le altre finestre sprovviste, si soffocava!!! Investite nel mettere aria condizionata La mancanza di un cucinino solo frigo e micronde senza tazze o altro!

L appartamento di via Montesuelo 2 probabimente non esiste ,subito dopo la prenotazione mi hanno contattato dicendo che c era stato in errore e che non era disponibile ,proponenndomi un altro appartamento in centro di genova
Niente ,appartamento era fatiscente con mobili chiusi con il nastro adesivo e finiture malfatte per nascondere la pessima manutenzione I proprietari ( forse ) sono sudamericani, molto gentili ma molto lontani dagli standard europei
