GuestHost - Genova San Fruttuoso Vintage & Roomy Flat

This property has a number of strengths. It is very spacious (particularly for the price), it is full of character and it is well-located just above the main station. It has everything advertised (allowing that the listing indicates not to expect a working oven). We got quick responses to our queries.

We did not like being offered a future discount if we wrote the best 10/10 review. We were unimpressed that the freezer was totally iced up to the extent that one could not use it - it was leaking slightly, of which the hosts were obviously aware having left a towel to soak up the moisture. We reported this at once but nothing was done all week. A number of the kitchen items needed a wash before use, and surfaces above a certain height were thick with dust. In the kitchen there were plenty of some items but, for example, no scissors, kitchen knife or tea towel (and a working oven would have been good in addition to the microwave). The washing machine worked but not to a very high standard. Comms were a bit disjointed - some seemed auto-generated whereas other messages were relevant and helpful. We were offered two discount codes for using luggage storage partners but neither worked. To put this in perspective, the biggest drawback was nothing worse than having no ice and we did enjoy our stay.

Sehr zentral und nahe am Bahnhof gelegen. Nur 30min zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Sehr nah gelegener Supermarkt.

Mi sarei aspettata qualcosa in piu
