This was my worst experience in almost 8 years of renting through Booking.

5 minutes from Brignole train and metro station. Nice building and apartments. Well working AC

1) Part of the payment must be made on an external site, and the other part must be paid directly to the host 2) Bed linen and towels - for an additional fee (Booking does not say anything about this) 3) There is no kettle. 4) There is a coffee maker, but it does not work 5) The host is completely uncommunicative. Does not respond for half a day, sends absolutely uninformative answers. 6) The fan does not work 7) There is no clothes drying rack inside the apartment. If it rains, you won't be able to dry it outside.

Nice little apartment in good location but lots of steps to get anywhere.

Well located and close to a major train station. Close by to the metro and easy walk into the ancient centre as well. Good communication before to access the property and collect the keys- very helpful video to show us where to go. Nice clean apartment and had what we needed for a few nights.

The property could only be accessed by lots of steep stairs. Whilst we were fine and able, it was not clear when booking and maybe difficult for some travellers. More steps needed to be climbed to access the key. Some things were not clear and needed clarification- different rubbish situation in Italy. Also we had no hot water for our stay. It may have been that we needed to do something but there was no instruction for this. We managed due to the heat wave but this information would be useful

:) In general, I liked everything. There is an elevator in the house, yes, but before the elevator you need to overcome 100 steps on the street... But we, an elderly couple, did well. It turns out you can get used to it. Yes, and the whole Genova city is like that, a lot of stairs literally everywhere. On the plus side: an apartment in an old beautiful building , with an interesting little old elevator, the size of the apartment is suitable, clean, good mattresses for the back, equipped kitchenette. This is the 2nd floor, but you are actually very high ) Large refrigerator. But a small TV. The apartment is warm, this is important! ( April ) Two air conditioners work well - in the living room and in the large bedroom. In the third small room it is not. Good communication with apartment owners. By whatsapp. Immediately below are two grocery supermarkets and a vegetable shop, it is convenient. And most importantly - next to the Brignole station, from where we made all our excursions to the beautiful villages of Liguria!

1. The shower did not work very well, the water was not well regulated (there is gas heating), and the faucet in the shower needs to be fixed, it flies off. 2. I was fiddling with a box of keys, I closed it with difficulty, broke my nail. 3. For linen you pay 10 euros per person, linen is not included in the price of the apartment shown on Booking. This is an additional paid service. But there are more pluses. We really recommend this apartment.

Very good

Great location not far from the metro city center and food groceries. Flat cozy with Italian style furnitures, kitchen fully supplied even with pot to breed a great Italian coffee ☕ 😀a bit of stairs to climb is perfect way to keep up with the kilograms after eating delicious food 😁 parking place free of charge in white lines or private parking space quite pricey but ok.

Dovrebbe essere specificato che ci sono scale in abbondanza da fare, ho problemi ad una caviglia e non mi ha giovato.... Biancheria pagata a parte ma era incompleta, comunicato alla referente che ha promesso di portare i teli mancanti e non si è fatta vedere.
