Suite Zara - wifi, AC, 4 pers

Apartman je ispunio naša očekivanja. Stan je opremljen apsolutno svim uređajima, sobe su klimatizovane.. Lokacija je odlična, u samom ste centru grada. Do plaže se stiže laganom šetnjom za 10 minuta. Ako ne želite da koristite gradski prevoz, od aerodroma do apartmana Bolt Taxi će vas koštati 20€. Ovo nam je treći put u Nici, i ponovila bih boravak jedino u ovom apartmanu.

Kao jedinu manu ovog apartmana navela bih nedostatak terase.

Posizione centrale, all'inizio di Avenue Jean Médicin, situato nella via dello shopping e a 200 metri da Place Massena e Rue Massena. L'appartamento è situato al quarto piano in palazzo tranquillo, con ascensore spazioso. L'appartamento è molto bello, spazioso e accogliente; arredato con gusto, offre armadi capienti anche con cassetti. Salotto spazioso, bagno provvisto di doccia funzionante al 100% !! Condizionatori in sala/cucina e camera da letto. abbiamo Parcheggiato l'auto a 300 metri circa, al Nice étoile, senza problemi.

E' tutto bello e funzionante

Very convenient location, in the city centre, close to shops/restaurants and old town, but also relatively close to the train station. Room was OK, but slightly overpriced for its condition. It was clean but some refurbishment is needed. There were free coffee capsules to use, which was convenient. Kitchen sponge was new. There were full washing liquid, shampoo and body shower.

The sofa bed for the kids in the lounge was a bit noisy and squeaky. There were limited toilet rolls for 4 days.

The property is well located in the center of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Everything is as listed. Instructions to pick up key was clear but have to go to another street to pick it up.

There is a requirement to put a refundable deposit on line. The hold of the deposit is two weeks even when you stay a few days. The owner refused our phone call until we had placed the deposit. The hold on deposit is too long. For this reason I would not recommend this place due to the treatment of communication.
