Massive value for money.

Big beatiful villa at amazing location and well maintained pool. Raka was an amazing host and so generous that he even got my 2 yo old son cake for his birthday! Also, this villa is 100% accessible by Gojek/Grab unlike some other locations where local taxis creates pick up issues. So it was great stay for our family of three.

Nice and comfy

The house is very comfy, exactly how the pictures show. Perfect for our family of 4 with a very good price. The host Raka is very nice and helpful. He promptly attended any request we had, such as scooter rental. He can also book rafting and ATV if needed. Location is good (better to move around with scooter). There is a scooter garage in the house👍

It's a bit noisy with the scooters riding through the narrow road, but it becomes quieter at night. So it's not a big deal. Still good place to stay.

A beautiful villa set in an amazing area of Sayan. 4 nights was not long enough for us!

This villa is absolutely beautiful! Stayed here with our family of 4 and the place is in immaculate condition. Plenty of space, the pool was amazing. We loved the location, far enough outside all the Ubud traffic and noise, and set out amongst real rice fields which were great to walk through and meet the locals! And really only a 5-10min scooter ride into the heart of Ubud when you feel like going in there. I feel like this villa area is where people staying in Ubud would like to come out to see, eat at the real warungs. Raka and his staff were lovely people and always contactable when needed for anything. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit this region of Bali!

Perfect Villa for a holiday.

Very clean property exactly same as in pictures and they provided required toiletries. House keeping done every day so we can feel relaxed after long day outs. Pool also maintained very clean. Owner Raka went above and beyond for everything required for first-time Bali visitors like us, especially with kids. Best villa in Bali👌which is near to all shops and restaurants.

Amazing stay

The villa is amazing. Clean and well-equipped. Nice location as there is nearby warung/restaurant and local convenience store by walking distance. The owner and staff are very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The owner Encik Raka attend to our needs as soon as he can, really appreciate that. The villa itself is amazing with rice field view, we really had a nice stay here and would definitely come back in future. Highly Recommended.

Хорошее место для семьи с детьми, относительно тише, чем в целом в Убуде, но близко ко всему.

Очень чисто, удобные и большие кровати, белье чистое и свежее. Очень понравился персонал, ненавязчивый, но всё делают хорошо, согласуют время уборки, поменяют полотенца. Хозяин Рака всегда на связи, помог с арендой скутера недорого и очень быстро. Главное, на вилле всё есть, удобная мебель, шкаф, столик туалетный, есть фен, посуда на кухне для готовки и еды. Есть вода в кулере и плюс каждый день приносят в бутылках. Бассейн небольшой, но чистый и вода не пахнет хлоркой.

Einfach perfekt

Diese Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Vom Check in bis zum Check out hat alles super funktioniert. Check in war einfach, flexibel, ging schnell und unkompliziert. Der Gastgeber war 2x persönlich da und hat uns einmal einen Korb mit lokalem frischem Obst gebracht und uns auch gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Er war sehr nett und 24/7 erreichbar. Nun zu den Räumlichkeiten: Alles ist sehr, sehr sauber und neu. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Es gibt sogar Pflegeprodukte und Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta für die, die nichts haben. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren sehr gut, weil das Haus ordentlich gebaut und isoliert ist für indonesische Verhältnisse. Es gibt auch zwei Router im Haus mit high Speed Internet, so dass man überall top Verbindung hat. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine gute Größe. Man kann tatsächlich auch ein bisschen schwimmen. Das Wasser war super angenehm, weil es nicht 35 Grad hatte wie in den andern Pools, die wir auf Bali erlebt hatten. Der Garten ist klein aber fein und sehr gepflegt. Die Gegend ist eher ruhiger, aber man ist fussläufig in 25 min im Zentrum. Der Supermarkt Bitang mit westlichen Produkten ist ebenfalls in 20-25 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Empfehlenswert für Familien, da sie auch Windeln, Babymilch, Drogerieprodukte etc. haben. In 5-10 min zu Fuß gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants „Dinner Corner“, „healthy ubud“, „Fermeto Ubud“, „Tembaga“ mit europäischer, indonesischer und Fusionsküche. Aus der Küche hat man direkt einen unverbauten Ausblick auf die Reisfelder. Für uns war es eine Oase. Es gibt alles was man braucht, um sich auch selbst zu versorgen. Man kann sich aber auch alles super günstig und einfach über Grab nach Hause bestellen oder auch Grab für Fahrten nutzen. Das haben wir öfter gemacht.

Tout vraiment tout !! .. Tout était encore plus beau que sur les photos… chaque détail a été pensé du début à la fin. La villa est tout simplement exceptionnelle, et la gentillesse de Raka rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Toujours réactif et disponible, il sait répondre à toutes les demandes avec le sourire. 🌺 Je recommande vivement cette villa pour un séjour à Ubud : après de belles journées de découvertes, rien de mieux que de profiter de la piscine et de soirées paisibles. 🥰 donc n’hésitez pas vraiment Un grand merci à Raka pour tout 🙏

Sehr schöne Villa in Ubud

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa! Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die ruhige Lage, die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und der wunderschön gepflegte Garten – eine echte Wohlfühloase. Die Outdoor-Küche war ein Highlight und ideal, um den Abend gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Ubud Center ist fußläufig (30min) erreichbar oder mit einem Roller problemlos zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich, stets erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Anliegen sofort weitergeholfen. Der tägliche Kontakt war angenehm und hat den Aufenthalt noch persönlicher gemacht.

Zeer Mooie Villa niet ver van het centrum van Ubud

De villa is vrij nieuw en schoon. De locatie is goed toegankelijk met scooters. Als je een Grab taxi wil boeken, dan moet je wel een klein stukje lopen, omdat de straat naar de villa niet toegankelijk is met auto. Al met al heb ik een prima verblijf gehad in deze mooie villa.

Ik heb de eigenaar een paar kleine tips gegeven om e.e.a. te verbeteren. Dit waren kleine dingen, zoals viltjes plakken onder de stoelpoten etc....

Все понравилось, вилла прекрасная

Вилла выглядит точно так же как и на фото: чисто, аккуратно, все свежее. Очень приветливый хозяин виллы и его сотрудники, быстро реагировали на все просьбы. Каждый день предлагали Уборку виллы. Было очень тихо и спокойно, уютно, все продумано, большой бассейн.

Из нюансов: мы впервые в Убуде, не знали что это и какая тут ситуация на дорогах(полной отсутствие пешеходных зон). Поэтому когда мы искали локацию по названию на гугл картах, вилла с таким же названием находится прямо у центре. А нам важно было жить где-то в центральной части города. Поэтому были удивлены, когда оказались на вилле расположенной в 2,5 км от центре, где единственный способ куда-то добраться-байк(машина не проедет, а пешком ходить нереально из-за разъезжающих мопедов). То есть эта вилла не гуглится на карте. Для более точной локации вы можете посмотреть ресторан Moksa Ubud(он в 50 м от виллы). Поэтому если вы не ездите на байке самостоятельно, вам будет непросто передвигаться от виллы в культурную часть города. И еще в 1 ночь были удивлены странным звукам: оказалось, что на вилле под потолком живет гекон, издающий достаточно громкие звуки периодически по ночам. Он не мешает, никого не пугает, просто впервые услышав удивились, так как не знали что это вообще такое.

Prachtige villa

Zeer mooie, nette, nieuwe villa. Wel een eindje rijden (15 min) naar ubud centrum, maar wij namen steeds een grab en dat was prima te doen. De woning ligt aan een heel smal weggetje waar vooral overdag continu scooters rijden. We hebben genoten van het verblijf.
