Friendly, helpful staff. A whatsapp group was set up before our stay for peace of mind, I thought this was a nice touch. Could ask questions, order food etc via the group.
Quiet location, but easy access to a limited amount of restaurants and cafes. Being on the outskirts of Ubud it was arguably more peaceful - village community feel.
Access is a bit challenging, many drivers were unsure of the location exactly. If you plan to go to the main Ubud area on a daily basis you would need to consider the one way system as it can be busy at peak times.

The villas are in a beautiful quiet location with easy walking access to shops and restaurants. The villas are spacious, well kept and tastefully decorated in Balinese style. The open living space overlooking the pool and garden was perfect. The staff were amazing and so welcoming which made our stay that little bit more special.
There isn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

Beautiful, quaint, very cozy with good size bedrooms, bathroom and living area is amazingly spaced - amazing for the price

Pool, the staff was very helpful and the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was very dirty and mouldy. Even the breakfast, which was very basic, was to be provided we were expected to pay for the tea or coffee.
