Very close to nature

Lights inside villa needs to be more brighter

I chose this because it was a villa with a private pool.

The person we first came into contact when we arrived at 4pm was Suki. She was so unpleasant, unfriendly and so curt that it made everything afterwards unpleasant. The massages we had was on the floor. The cloths used smelt very bad and the head rest smelt even worse.

The staff is very nice, helpful & respond quickly to any order The pool is very nice & cozy The location is near main road

The room is very small with little furniture The breakfast is very basic without changes The bathroom isn’t that clean The wardrobe is in the bathroom not in the room The kitchen is outside so I have to go out to get what I want from the kitchen Their is no net door to keep the main door open The villa isn’t that private, people can see us from outside and from the other villas

Good room size. There’s no table in the air conditioned area.

Absolutely nothing.

•Dog filth everywhere. •Building works bring under taken surrounding the property. •The water surrounding/within the property was stagnant, not ideal if you don’t want to be infested with mosquitoes. The cigarette burns in the mosquito nets didn’t provide the extra aid in that area. •Cigarette burns in the remaining soft furnishings •The curtain poles fell down when drawing the curtains. •Droppings in the kitchen. •the toilet wouldn’t refill and we had to fix it ourselves. •there was many cockroaches, including ones we found in our suitcase’s after opening them to retrieve our toiletries the night before. •the ‘secluded’ garden is a thin hedge that leads directly to the exterior of the property, not ideal if you have to lock all of your items away each time you wanted to leave. •the place was generally very grubby •the safe is not in your rooms, instead you have to be supervised in their office, to which they have the key. I feel safer with my belongings with a safe whereby I would know if they had entered the safe as it resets the passcode. •there is a 2 hours stay allocated window for you to use the iron as they only have one on site. This review is based on less than 24 hours stay, we didn’t even want to give it a chance. We booked elsewhere. The rating is severely out dated and this is by far not a 4* quality villa/hotel. Please think twice about booking this hell hole. I was offered to be given another room, one much better and cleaner with nothing broken and somewhere I won’t be able to hear the building work. Should I not have been given another adequate room in the first place? We instead chose to book another hotel elsewhere as we did not want to waste another second in this place. I will be raising a complaint about this hotel with the ombudsmen as I feel that it should either be downgraded significantly. I rate a hotel on the star system based on how I want to spend my time.

Spacious and private villa with great outside space to relax. Rustic but clean and comfortable in side.

Only one small couch limits indoor seating. Villa is a short walk down the road from reception if this matters but it didnt bother us. Also no direct car access; however, they were great at facilitating transport to the pickup/drop-off area.

Friendly service with a smile. Staff were very polite.

The lock on the outside gate requires repair.

it’s a very good location and the place is very quiet. we also liked the size of the pool and the fact we could see kids playing in it .

it is not brand new but it is kept clean and in a very good shape.

Location is good. Tucked away from city center and traffic in general. Rooms are reasonable, pool and garden are great. Good value for money overall

When there is power outage, water supply to room cuts off too. Staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable from a hotel services standpoint. Food is very casic standard, so wouldn't advise having any meals from hotel, plenty choices all around the property anyways.

Wifi is not really good. If they invest in a new WiFi solution, this would be perfect

Just one item in breakfast, it should be buffet. Just one single old couch in living room for a 2 bedroom villa Bathroom looks old Garden area not properly maintained

the private villa is really nice and the pool is quite big, it’s amazing! all the staff are very friendly and super nice, they speak very well english as well the location is not very far from the centre, and is quite calm ! no car can arrive in front of the property, but the hotel will pick you up with a buggy, you just need to ask. the breakfast has a big variety to choose from and is very good l. i totally recommend this hotel.

the only thing to improve is the bathroom that deserves a refreshment.

Location off the beaten track - you absolutely need a scooter - attractions and restaurants a bit far off . Directly next a new 3 storey hotel - you see the ugly concrete building from every bungalow - not their fault but it does not give a good feeling No tables for the luggage in the room

Expensive for the area - for this money you can get much higher standard in Ubud ( and for 1/3 of what we paid (breakfast was not included) you can rent any of the nearby villas (which we did after initial 3 nights) bathroom was not very clean we accidentally broke one water glass in the room and were charged for that - not a big issue, but given that the place is expensive for local standards this should have been included in the price

The staff were excellent, helpful, warm and friendly and the staff were the highlight of the stay. The pool was was nice and the size of the yard good.

Heaven Ubud was not at all what the website advertised, it was overpriced for what was received. The rooms and grounds needed maintenance, the shower tiles needed cleaning, the wifi dropped out continuously, the garden needed tidying up, there was no dining room or kitchen and construction occured all throughout the day just out side our Villa. There was no mention on the website of the location being up a large number of stairs and after a knee replacement 7 months ago this made access hard. Pur previous accomadation in Bali was far better priced and of a higher stnadard. We could not reccoment it to anyone and we will not be using it again. If the website and price reflected what was ctually available then it would bot have been such a disappointment

staff is really friendly you will have your private space and big pool

there are four villas next to each other in the pictures it looks better they were taking out the mud from the entrance pool and put it on the path to our villa we didn’t get a discount although this was really disturbing

We loved the hug private swimming pool, and it was very peaceful location. Bed are confortable, but the bathrooms need to be refresh.

Communication with the personal i are not easy, i think is due to the different language. But all we ask for we get (scooters, taxi, excursion, laundry)
