Was quite place

The staff was not welcoming during check out time . Haven’t help us to put luggage in taxi . They don’t have spa premises neither proper kitchen. Water supply in bathroom was not there . No proper resort or spa passable

We will definitely choose to stay there if we are coming to Bali again.

Staff is very polite and beautiful people. Property has a secret way out that takes you to rice fields and other shops if you just want peace. There was a river going right in front of our villa. Everything was so beautiful, can't explain in words. Although all the staff was very lovely but I don't remember anyone's name except Seki (i think that's how it spells), she drew us a map to the ubud art market and showed us a little cute way out from the villa. We are keeping her handrawan map as a souvenir to remind us a beautiful memory.

Everything is beautiful but just for a feedback if there would be more lightening near the mirror in the bedroom, it would help to get ready. Maybe a small bulb or a lamp near that mirror would be ideal.

Great location. Quiet & peaceful, lovely trees/green surrounds, private, open spacious traditional style villa. Only 10-15min on scooter into Ubud centre.

Twice the pool emptied out more than 50% overnight which took 1/2 day to refill. No hot water one evening. Breakfast was not available to be served in Villa. Despite going through things very carefully with the ?manager I got very sick from gluten twice. We didn’t eat there after that, despite having paid for breakfast. The kitchen /staff do not understand Gluten/Celiac.

Overall is a great experience. I recommend people spend holiday in this villa.

The villa is in the middle of breathtaking beautiful nature. We've been so excited to see squirrel, monkeys, lizards, cats near the river and bridge- they are all very friendly don't worry. Room design is delightful and it's in clean condition. Also quiet location. There are good restaurant, shop, money exchange, cafe, motorbike rent all closeby with walking distance from back side of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and I was able to order customized food out from menu.

The aircon in bedrooms were not powerful enough. They were working, but insufficient to cool down the room. The fruit platter in the breakfast doesn't taste sweet or fresh. There are no walls in the yard to protect privacy. Public can see through the villa from walking path. I don't have a problem, but elderly people please be aware of many stairs from reception to room.

Ubud heaven sayan is a perfect place to stay, especially for nature lovers! We stayed there for a week and just loved the place. That is why we even took extra nights there. The place is beautiful and surrounded by nature. Villa was private, spotless clean (and no bugs inside!) and the staff was very kind and helpful. On the backyard of the villas there are rice fields and a lovely little village with good warungs to eat. You must also do the most beautiful rice field walk nearby. Ubud centre is easily reached by bike or taxi. If you want a peaceful stay outside the crowded centre, this is the place. Everything was perfect and we will surely come back to Ubud Heaven Sayan!

Wonderful experience!

We stayed here in one of the private villas (Uyung) for 2 weeks and it was absolutely wonderful and so pretty! The staff were so friendly, polite, kind and helpful and helped us with everything that we needed very quickly and efficiently. I would also highly recommend the massages! I would definitely go here again and only have positive things to say about the experience! / Isabel and Anton

Everything from the minute we arrived! It’s stunning, the villas are so lovely! Personal pool was a treat as was our outdoor kitchen! Location was perfect away from the crowds but with plenty of options! Very comfy beds, great linens etc but the real treat was the staff! Absolutely wonderful , professional, kind and so helpful! From the lovely young man that checked us in to Suki who was lovely & so accommodating & Arya who brought us to the night market to buy the proper clothing for the Temple celebration. All so kind and dear!! We will be back & highly recommend it!❤️

We loved it so much that we extended our stay 5 days!

From the moment we pulled into the driveway & were checked in by the most professional, sweet young man we felt at home. The entire staff was amazing…Suki, Arya, everyone did everything to make sure that we had a wonderful stay! Our villa was gorgeous, loved having a full outdoor kitchen, comfy seating area, a private pool, a great bedroom with a comfy bed & a large bathroom. Immaculately clean & maintained with sounds of nature & a walking path leading you to the rice fields & other villages. Sayan is a great area away from the traffic of Ubud but close enough to enjoy it with Sayan Point across the street for the best sunsets! We hated to leave & can’t wait to return!! Thank you!

Location was perfect but the service was not so good.

The location was nice.. From the reception to your villas, you will walk down a bridge with a river flow underneath. You will hear the river from the room which was very pleasant.. This place is close to Sayan Point, a very good sunset spot and a restaurant.

Service - Booking breakfast + Villa is better than booking villa alone and having breakfast there for additional cost as it will cost you more. - Buy cooldrinks outside like alfamart which is cheap, because at the resort it costs more than double. - Though its less, they ask for extra money to bring food to your room but its not worth it as they will deliver the food to your room in a take away plastic box. - I am not sure if they are stressed on the work they do, sometimes they sound little bit rude while helping you. - No telephone at the villa, you can communicate with reception or kitchen or whatever service only via whatsapp. At times, you have to wait for the response and sometimes no response, you can better climb up to the lobby to enquire. - They offer bike rental service which is nice but if you have booked, better take it whatever your situation might be. Though they offer free cancellation and if you cancelled it, you have to pay in advance for next time if you ask for a bike. - Even If you just enquired about availability of bike, they consider it as you have booked it and cancelled if you dont take it and remember you have to pay in advance for the next time. - They say dinner time is till 9 but sometimes their kitchen closes 30 mins early.

Position was great on the little rice field or in the forest depending where you book. Out away from busy centre but still a nice walking distance. Nice staff and rooms
