Quiet, calm and romantic place in a heart of Ubud

I had a wonderful stay at Daryana Villa. The private apartment was spacious and comfortable, the villa had a perfect calm location, and the breakfasts were delicious with very generous portions and plenty of choice. On top of that, the owner was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the stay even more special.

Nice stay in Ubud

The room is spacious with a nice bathroom, very beautiful pool area, and bathtub. Everything is well-located and super convenient for couples. The breakfast every day is delicious, and they have enough options suitable for everyone. Also, the guy who helped with our villa management - Budi - is super nice, friendly, and helpful. We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed it a lot.

Relaxing stay in your own private villa

Loved my stay! It was so quiet and comfortable. There was nothing else I needed. Budi met me when the driver dropped me off and throughout the stay he was easy to reach to ask anything.

We really loved the sanctuary and peacefulness of Penestanan. Our villa was really well positioned

Breakfast each day was great - beautiful fresh local fruit and Balinese Nasi Goring. Served with fresh coffee and a wonderful smile from Budi. Fresh fruit was also provided in our room. Just lovely thank you.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at the Daryana Villa. The villa is absolutely beautiful, the bathroom is a dream and Budi was super helpful and made our stay wonderful.

The bed could have been a bit softer and the pillow was quite high for someone who sleeps on their stomach.

A must stay if you’re in Ubud!

We can't say enough good things about our stay at The Daryana Villa. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location was very peaceful and a short distance from the centre of Ubud and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially Budi who made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here!

Peaceful, private villa with all the comforts of home (and then some!)

Breakfast was wonderful--you choose your meal and it's delivered to your villa at the time you request it. The owners were lovely, so kind and thoughtful. Communication was easy and quick, and the villa is gorgeous! We could not have been happier.

It would be nice if you could reach the villa by car; however, the owners met us at the top of the hill and carried our luggage down by scooter.

Very relaxing and pleasant stay, very polite and accommodating staff, always ready to help.

A very beautiful property, it was very well maintained and tidy. The staff did a great job at decorating the bed for us. They also cleaned it very well every time we went out. The Villa was very very spacious. The breakfast was good, you get a choice of a few different types of breakfast every day. The staff were exceptional! They were always willing to help us with anything we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They were very kind and easy to speak to, also very easy to reach (I always got a message back from them within minutes!). In particular a staff member called Budi was brilliant, he really went that extra mile for my husband and I. Thank you so much for your hospitality guys!

The pillows need replacing, they felt and looked really old. The air con could’ve been a bit stronger (maybe install another one as the room was very spacious), at times felt a bit hot inside the room. The toilet smelt of the drain, measures should be put in place to make the toilet/bathroom smell nice (eg automatic air fresheners). The doors have small gaps at the bottom/side, and therefore caused small insects to crawl in. However, this wasn’t a major issue, just something to consider. Taxi’s aren’t able to drop/pick you up from the villa, you would need to walk about 5-10mins to the main road; It can be quite scary if you’re alone, so will need to bare this in mind. The area felt safe in general, but with barely any street lights outside the villa, sometimes it felt scary when leaving or returning at night time

It was not that easy to find and to reach with the luggage. The staff has low English abilities. But communication was possible.

Gorgeous Villa

gorgeous property. loved the private pool and outdoor tub. bed was big and comfortable. shower got nice and hot. loved that breakfast was included and served to your villa. the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

the location is a little secluded (which is part of the beauty of it!) but do know cars can’t go back that far so you either need to walk or take a motorbike. it gets pretty dark at night as well. additionally, the staff is not there 24/7 and are sometimes a little slow to respond so patience is key. also wish they would leave at least one light on in your villa when it gets dark because it gets dark and is hard to see!

Exceptional

Everything was perfect! The villa has a perfect size, with a small pool and sitting area. Location is great, in a calm area where no cars are allowed. Breakfast was amazing. You can choose between 6 options and the staff will bring it to your villa at the desired time. I can highly recommend this place and would definitely book it again.

Absolutely amazing

We spent in Daryana Villa the whole month and we can absolutely recommend this place! It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very helpful and the private pool and outdoor bathtub were just amazing. We also used additional services (laundry, private driver to visit the island) and everything was great and for a reasonable price. The location of the villa is perfect - not far away from the city center (walkable distance) but very quiet and peaceful at the same time.

An absolute gem!

the staff (especially Ayu) was amazing - organised so much for me and just very friendly people! loved the breakfasts! the bed was very comfy and the whole place very clean. the pool was also great! location wise it was close to a lot of nice bars and restaurants! would recommend this place to anyone - it really was fabulous!

the doors have gaps around them so ants did get in (I ended up taping the bottom shut to stop it).

Exceeded our expectations in everything!

Our stay at daryana exceeded our expectations. This villa is run by a family but the service is almost 5 stars like. Ayu make sure everything we need 24/7, the villa is immaculately cleaned everyday, we loved the mini bar too the price is very reasonable and we don't have to buy beer from the store outside. The Villa is also luxuriously equipped to almost 5 stars standard. Good job Daryana villa!
