Great value for money and beautiful place near Ubud.

The villas are beautiful, with nice gardens. The location is perfect- away from the noise and traffic of the roads. As a family it was perfect to share a villa with two rooms and pool. The staff were nice and helpful

The location was great, walking distance to Ubud market. Breakfast was good. Great massage therapist and available at 10 min notice till 10pm. Reasonable price for massage in the villa.

Breakfast had Indian potato parantha but no masala tea. If that can be added that will be great. They need new bedsheets for massage tables, the towels under the face and sheet weren't that great.

Wonderful Villa Stay in Ubud!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The villa with private pool was very relaxing. We had breakfast delivered to our room and ate outside by the pool. The breakfast was fun to try different Balinese dishes along with western menu. Coffee was good and strong. Loved the turn down service and the netting around the bed. They connected us with a taxi driver to go to dinner and site seeing. Helped a lot cuz the villa is tucked away and hard for taxis to find. Part of its charm!

A little concerned about the outdoor toilet and shower especially at night but it was no problem and kind of neat. Did not like walking to downtown Ubud. Too much traffic and scooters park on sidewalk so you have to step into traffic to get around. Best to use a taxi.

A Great Value in a Prime Location in Ubud

The breakfast was very nice but got a little boring after a while, as we had been there for so long. The food was plentiful and fresh. The massages were wonderful, and the staff was lovely and gracious.

The water in the shower was sometimes cold, but the outdoor shower itself was nice and clean, so the cold water wasn't that bothersome.

Everything in the property is excellent. Worth noting a quick taxi trip to the centre by taxi is needed 25-30 minutes. But very good restaurants 5-10 minutes walking.

Great spot to explore Ubud.

Not in the full hustle of Ubud but was walking distance from the palace, markets etc. We loved exploring the local area by foot and the cool cafes such as Schuber Coffee, Vespa Cafe and the Yellow Flower. The private pool was divine. Very quiet by Ubud standards.

We had a fair amount of work to do online and the internet was not consistent. Often having to run our calls without video which is not the end of the world and also not our favourite way to work with our clients.

Quiet location and excellent facilities

- Cleaning and room setup was done twice a day - Every evening they would put mosquito repellent incense next to the room and in the bathrooms - very spacious rooms - bottled water replenished twice a day (4 for each room so 8 per day / bedroom) - staff very friendly - pool was cleaned daily and with night lights so it can be used at night - we felt safe and never used the keys - left everything open when we left - the resort and villa are very quiet and with lots of vegetation - fruit market and mini store at 2-3 mins walk

Not so much as negatives for us but wanted to add more details regarding location as it was not very clear to us from other reviews: The villa was located on a street where cars cannot come. Walking distance to center (where most of the action is) is around 30 minutes. There are 2 ends of this street: - one next to cafe Vespa and that is ~200m walk fairly flat (8-10 steps at the end). This is where the hotel buggy can pick you up and where drivers and cabs can drop off. - second is closer to center for walking and ends in the main road. This is ~5 mins walk followed by a long flight of stairs so coming back from city center can be challenging during hot days. Also, these stairs are not well lit during the night.

1. I was greeted by a lovely team of Villa Nirvana and I felt right at home. 2. The breakfast will be really upto what you like. 3. The property is well looked after, pool clean and the villa in good condition. 4. The bed comes with net in case you are worried about flies 5. The bathroom is open, however the walls are really high and mostly covered by glass. 6. The hotel has a buggy that will collect you from main road.

1. The gps location for the stay can't be found on google map or while using taxi/bike ride apps. Make sure you have hotel contact to get help in guiding the driver.

Fabulous, friendly and helpful staff. Felt like an oasis within Ubud - secluded from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to walk to attractions. Substantial breakfast, enjoyed the massages and private pool.

While close to the city, it was little more difficult to get a taxi, needing to walk 150m. However, the upside to this was the rooms were so quiet without car traffic.

Exceptional people with great service and cleanliness. We would return after a day of sightseeing to our lovely private pool, switch off the lights, gaze at the stars. Also loved the outdoor bathroom. Twice-a-day cleaning service. Flexibility of breakfast options. And definitely try the massage. The staff are good people. Very polite, helpful and accommodating. The location is a little secluded but central at the same time as you are taken to the edge of town on the hotel's buggy service. You get the option of beautiful nature and a central location at the same time. I can't wait for us to come back and catch up again with our new-found friends at the Villa. Thank you for your kind and caring service.

Upon arrival the sign at the front was a bit faded and gave the impression that things would be dated inside (which is not the case). But on second thoughts, I kind of like the unassuming front which opens up to paradise.

The has AC and is quiet which is perfect to have a good rest. Employees are very welcoming and warm.

The drain of the shower was not working but it's not a big issue anyway. The sheets were showing some stained marks but clean. Same for the towels at the pool, stained/bleached and torn.
