A stunning villa with an expert manager, Harry. Our travel group of 5 people from four different continents agreed this was above expectations.
Nothing... . Even the steep road to reach the villa, was only scary on the first use, but we quickly figured it was just part of the ubud geography. . We had no issues with walking or getting drivers or deliveries.

Absolutely beautiful property. The rooms were gorgeous, service was amazing, the attendant was great. The cleaner was very respectful and would wait until either we left the property or invited him to come in before he would enter. The fittings are all very modern, the beds had great linen and there was even a spa room downstairs set up for in-villa massages. The villa was peaceful and serene, set in a rainforest setting. The pool was lovely. Breakfast is available at the villa but expensive. Check the drawer in the coffee table - there are interesting books about Balinese culture.
The access to the property is very difficult. It is down a very steep hill that taxi drivers won’t go down. The address on gojek and grab is incorrect no matter what you do so you have to walk up the steel dirt hill and around several corners to find your driver or food delivery. There were also a lot of bugs but that’s to be expected in the jungle - not many came inside. There was no hot water to the bath at all so if you were wanting to take advantage of the beautiful bath be aware the water will be cold.

The villa was newly refurnished, perfect for a group of travelers, all the rooms are with bathroom and a nice dehors to live during the day/night.
The location of the villa is quite uncomfortable. It is not possible to arrive outside the villa with a car because that is located at the end of a dirt path where is possible to access only by walking. So every time that you want to enter/exit from the villa you have to walk this unlighted muddy path with some dogs that are not so calm :)
The cleaning of the villa was not so perfect, we asked for it and they only give us the new bath towel.
