The place to be to enjoy Ubud

I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Ubud. It’s a very peaceful accommodation, surrounded by trees, extremely clean, and perfect to relax. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and always available if I needed anything, which made the stay even more pleasant. I had a really great time there, it’s the perfect place to disconnect from the crowd and the busy center of Ubud while still being close enough.

The only small suggestion would be to have a fan in the kitchen area. I didn’t ask for one during my stay, but it could be a nice addition, especially on warmer days. Otherwise, nothing to add, everything was great :)

A perfect peaceful hideaway

I liked everything about the property. It is run by a very lovely family, who put a lot of care into the place. The villa is perfect, clean, good quality bed linen and towels. Everything works very well. The pool is very well maintained and the garden is so nice. It looks onto a rice terrace and very peaceful and private. Wiwic offers incredible massage. And Wayan was very helpful and accommodating when I had trouble getting to the accommodation due to a road block. I wish i could have stayed longer. I highly recommend. The area is my favourite part of Ubud. So many great places to eat and very close to central Ubud.

Ideal place for nature lovers.

A unique villa abutting working rice terraces and nature. Every evening an orchestra of birds, frogs and gecko calls. (especially the owls). Lovely friendly host family who involve you in their traditions. Right next to a walking trail that takes you up into a large rice paddy area ideal for bird spotting. Close to good quality restaurants and an easy walk or ride share to Ubud central

Access to the end villa not ideal for disabled people as there are many steps. Too much naphthalene (moth killer) used in the room and bathroom.

Serene and relaxed

Very quiet and with a great view of rice fields. At the end of a nice local road with nice places to eat, shop and drink coffee. Bodega is a great place for breakfast and lunch. Also really liked Healthy Ubud and Alam Green Lotus. Wayan, Wiwik and Kadek were so lovely and welcoming.

Had a sense of calm. Busy from the noise but yet close enough to cute cafes or to get a grab to go somewhere.

Very beautiful villa looking over the rice fields. Lovely room, bathroom and pool. It was a very special stay, felt you were in a true Bali village. Good cafes, laundry and motorbike hire close by.

Fantastic oasis!

Absolutely fantastic spot! I LOVED everything about it. The owner and his family were so kind and helpful! I loved all the secret short cuts going into Ubud but the peace and location of this apartment was well worth the 15-20 walk into the chaotic city. There are lots of cute Cafés around and don't miss the gorgeous rice field walk that is just 3 mins away. I would 100% book this place again. Everything was wonderful!

Fab hide away

I had an amazing time, the scenery was stunning. The villa was clean and had all the amenities I needed. The couple who run the villa are so lovely and couldn't have done more for me. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Superb, comfortable, lovely hosts and wonderful massage

Everything was perfect from the start. The house I stayed in was clean, super comfortable and so gorgeous. The villa has its own kitchen with dining table, fridge, stove, water & tea/coffee provided. The separate verandah off the bedroom has a lovely view of pool & garden plus comfortable couch. Wayan and Wiwik are lovely - so friendly and cannot do enough for you. My stay was over Nyepi so they made sure I had food for the day. Always checking is they can do anything else. Wiwik gave the most wonderful Ayurvedic massage. She is very knowledgeable and skilled. The walks around the villa to the rice fields and rock carvings are easy to access and well worth it. I highly recommend sunrise walks to hear the quiet of Penestanan to begin your day.

Quiet private villa surrounded by nature

Quiet and in nature. Beautiful villa for two. Lovely family run accomodation. Nice to hear the children laughing and playing next door. Warung Ting Ting is just next door and has a lovely upstairs and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Short walk to Yoga studio- bliss!

Indeed a hidden place in crowd Ubud, it's a quite Villa close to the rice paddy field with a beautiful swim pool and entrance. It's supper convenient for a family holidays with kids and also suitable for travelers alone. Super recommend. don't hesitate at the entrance, that's the right pace for you to stay.

A perfect location to remember what’s important

I loved the location, the privacy and the owners were delightful. Wonderful restaurants were within walking distance The kitchen facilities allowed me to make my own breakfasts. The pool was perfect for a refreshing dip and I had a lovely traditional Balinese massage. This piece of Ubud is a gem

Wayan & Wiki were so kind and welcoming. Communication was smooth and easy, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The location is great - a little outside of the center of Ubud to be quiet enough but super close to everything. There are some great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The place is comfortable, clean, quiet, private and very beautiful - I had everything I needed and felt very looked after.

Magical experience. A window into the Bali that is fast being eaten up by development.

The location is out of this world. The villa allows one to step back in time to the old Bali., whilst providing a standard of amenity one expects these days.. An amazing view of rice terraces from the open air living/dining area. One can watch the farmer working, tending to his sawah. The ducks also playing theiir part in keeping the insects at bay. The sounds of nature lull you to sleep at night. Wayan and his lovely wife Wiwik are at your disposal if there is anything you require. Wiwik keeps the Gods happy by performing an offering ceremony in the villa each morning. She is also a very intuitive massage therapist. i cannot speak highly enough of the experience, it was magical. Thank you both Wayan and Wiwik.

Haven't seen such hospitality in any of my stays. The hosts are exceptional. They go out of their ways so that you can have the most comfortable and great stay. God Bless you wayan and wiwik And love to your children. Would definitely recommend this to anyone want to stay a little far from the main area in Ubud and who wants peaceful and serene stay

Great calming Villa

Our private Villa & pool had everything we needed. Peaceful and calming with sounds of crickets and views of rice fields & tropical plants and palm trees. Weyan & Wiwik were such welcoming hosts at our Villa. Only a 20 min walk to the beginning of Ubud busy centre which we did once a day & at night too. Weyan was so helpful & Wiwik too who did great massages for us both & breakfast. Such a lovely family. Thank you both so much for a great stay & everything ❤️

Wayan and Wiwik and their family were so lovely. Honestly was so perfect stay here. So quiet and peaceful. Wayan was so attentive and lovely. Wiwik gives the best massage you’ve ever had so definitely book in with her. The veggie omelette, fruit and coffee for breakfast was simply perfect. Especially with the view over the rice field. couldn’t have asked for a better host or stay. heaven ✨

Wayan and Wiwik were so lovely and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my time there. The place is beautiful. The location was great, a short walk or drive into town but far away enough to get away from all the traffic and noise from the town centre.

A true Balinese home away from home

I have never met a more humble, generous beautiful soul, Wayan couldn’t do enough to make me feel at home.. he really goes above and beyond, I was travelling in my own and felt very safe and very welcomed. The Villa is spotless, the bed so comfy… the shower was amazing, lovely hot water, there is a safe in the Villa also Breakfast was delivered with a smile and was delicious. Please do your body a favour and have a massage or 3…. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. You won’t regret your decision to stay here and I loved knowing that my money was going to a deserving local family…

THE PERFECT PLACE TO RECHARGE AND CHILL

everything! Wayan and his family is the best! they make sure everything about your stay is perfect! From the location, cleanliness and comfort! Very attentive! they helped me with my bag, laundry and food! The villa is situated in the perfect location! away from the noise but a gojek away from the center. They prepare everything with love! The wife of wayan also gives the best massage! I didnt leave my villa for days since I want to make the kost out of it. So please consider this villa!!!!! you will never regret it! A Relaxing Stay In A Wonderful Villa

Hidden Point Villa is an absolutely fantastic place to stay in Bali, I could not have asked for anything more. When I stayed at the villa I had been travelling for over two months through South East Asia, and Wayan and Wiwik were easily the best, most kind and helpful hosts that I had whilst travelling, they treated me like family whilst I was at the villa. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the floating breakfast on my first day was particularly special. Additionally, Wiwik offers a brilliant massage that is a combination of both Balinese and Ayurvedic techniques; I had numerous massages on my travels, but this was certainly the best and the most effective. Also, Wayan is very knowledgeable about the area, and every single question I asked was answered, and I was given numerous pieces of advice about Ubud, and precise directions for when I was exploring the area. I cannot recommend Hidden Point Villa enough, and Wayan and Wiwik should be proud of their small slice of paradise.

Hidden Gem in Ubud

The villa and the pool and the nice garden are a dream. The location is perfect as well. It's calm but there are still a lot of places to eat very close and with a little longer walk most of the important places in Ubud can be reached. Behind the hotel there are rice fields which are great for a walk too. Now to the best part, the owners! The owners were the most humble and kind people you can imagine. Hidden gem place in Ubud

the owner and his family were so nice and welcoming- humble and caring people. The villa was so beautiful and clean and owner cleans the villa everyday. I wish if I was stayed there longer! The location was little bit of distance from the ubud centre but it didn’t matter too much as there were plenty of good cafes and restaurants near by. I would definitely recommend this place!

Geweldig

Wayan en zijn vrouw waren heel behulpzaam, gastvrij en vriendelijk. Het huisje was sfeervol, alles van hout. Fijn zwambad en goede airco. Fijne buurt meer veel restaurantjes om de hoek, maar je kunt ook meteen een wandeling door de rijstvelden mazken. Half uurtje wandelen naar het drukke centrum van Ubud, maar is een leuke wandeling.
