Location was not too bad considering the price. Apartment was clean.

The host thought I had to pay extra because there were two of us instead of one person (my mistake on the reservation). however, the cost was supposed to be the same. I paid an extra 30 euros in cash upon check-in, but later noticed on the reservation that there was not supposed to be an extra charge for a second person. I felt he should have known that the cost for 2 people was the same as the cost for 1.

Great location: Near the train station, minutes from the center. Quiet neighborhood with well-stocked supermarkets. Good unit; friendly host allows late check-out. I'd book it again in Bologna. Tips: 1. Bring a French press or Steel Moka Pot if coffee matters; only a Nespresso machine is provided. 2. For Vegetarians/vegans; Bring your own frying pan; kitchenware has been used for meat. 3. Excellent bakery: "Forno Pasticceria Pallotti" (quality breads, crackers, pastries, fresh prepared meals, desserts) is a five-minute walk away.

The host was very helpful. i do recommend staying at this premises. Upon informing the host with a technical problem he immediately sent plumber to fix the proble. Apartment was very clean.
