There was heating and warm water

1. Very hard to find. The address in booking sends you down the road, it is not correct 2. The contact with the property owner is scarce. I called and messaged the owner about my issue finding the property and they replied 2h later 3. The bed sheets were not washed 4. They were very unfriendly when we arrived

good position but poorly managed, not recommended

the position was ok you can move with the bus that is not far away. It's a quiet area, maybe too much quiet but it was ok. To have breakfast you can go to a mall 10min walk

the Lady that manages the house is a lovely Lady but cleaning is not her strong point. I didn't use the kitchen but the idea to do it never crossed my mind. The bathroom was awful and the room wasn't clean

Unwanted

Cute little house. Pleasant neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Close to the bus station and easy to go in the center. Very quite.

We felt terribly unwanted. We received this email one week before the stay : "Hello. Im terribly sorry—we need to cancel the reservation. My mother will be taken to the hospital to be operated on next week and we need a room in the house available for a 24 hour carer." I asked the lady in charge if she has an other solution for us as it was late to find something else convenient and after a few exchanges, she finally said she can keep our reservation. I suppose booking.com rejected her demand Once we were there, we met the mother who was actually in charge, looking perfectly ok, standing and working in the house after her operation. And the carer was actually her daughter who came to visit her and was staying downstairs when home. Upstairs was an other room available next to ours with two beds for renting which were unused. To go to the kitchen, you need to pass through her living room. We felt we were annoying her the few times we used it. The mother also asked us to not use the bath towel left for us in the room if possible. The place looked pretty clean but not sure the bedding and towels have been changed for a while Only one chair in the room of two persons. All the house was impregnated with incense, as was the room. One of the window was broken. It almost fell when we tried to open it. The price was ridiculously hight.

Nothing, we didnt stay at the property. Would zero score of i could.

The property was not fit for paying guests. Room was not clean, dusty and floor and rug needing a good clean. Personel belongings in the room. Beeping smoke detector outside bedroom door, battery needing replaced, which i told the property owner about on the phone.Shared bathroom not clean. No lock on door,dirty mop in bathroom. Messaged the owner told her we were not staying, reasons as ive just listed. Message me back say i was Racist! I have evidence of this. Pictures and the txt messages. Had to book another place on your website. I will not share photos or txt on here. But i do have them if you require them.

Owner was responsive to emails regarding navigating to the property, which was difficult to find even using the included directions. She was home when we arrived and answered the door, though she had left the key out. She made tea for me upon arrival, which was very kind.

I did not realize from the information given on Booking.com that the bathroom was shared. I would not have rented it had I known this. The room was very cluttered with the owner's belongings. The beds were hard and lumpy. It did not appear very clean. The towels were draped over the radiator because there was nowhere else to put them. I honestly didn't want to get into the bed after seeing the state of the room. The information on booking said there was a kettle; there wasn't. The bathroom was also very cluttered with the owner's toiletries, personal items, and cleaning supplies. A mop was left standing in the floor. There was nowhere to hang a towel. The bathmat was filthy. I was afraid to use it. The shower was hand held but worked. I could not wait to leave the place. Fortunately, I had an extremely early flight the next morning and was there only long enough for a brief sleep.

Took a bit of searching to get to the property as Google maps didn't seem to be correct in its location. Still fairly easy to find, we were just confused as we were initially directed to the property next door.

Für einen Städtetrip gut geeignet

Fußläufig zur Innenstadt, schönes Haus, gute Lage, gute Anbindung an Busse und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zimmer war sauber und hübsch eingerichtet, Vermieterin freundlich. Wo die Küche ist, haben wir leider in den 3 Tagen nicht herausgefunden, deshalb gab es keinen Kaffee und kein Frühstück, aber es gibt genügend Cafes in der näheren Umgebung. Badezimmer muss mit Besitzerin und den Mietern des anderen Zimmers geteilt werden, war aber für uns kein Problem. Es war sauber und alles da, was man braucht.

Hätte gern morgens einen Kaffee gemacht, sonst alles top

Séjour parfait

Accueil très chaleureux, la propriété des lieux est très sympathique. Une très jolie maison. Nous avons eu le droit à un thé chaud malgrer notre arriver tardive vers minuit, notre avion a eu du retard 😅😅.

Rien de négatif à dire sur cet hébergements franchement n'hésitez pas à réserver ici.

Séjour chez l’hôte sans plus

La proximité du centre de Édimbourg, très facile d’accès avec les bus. Le personnel de maison était super agréable

On ne s’est pas senti à l’aise: - dans la chambre une forte odeur de parfum et impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres qui nous restent dans les mains. - dans la salle de bain c’est une mis fenêtre qui laisse la vue à l’extérieur car pas possible de fermer - toilette ou la chasse d’eau fonctionne une fois sur 2 - vétusté de la douche - impossible de sortir de la maison le matin car la clé fournis n’arrive pas à ouvrir la porte de l’intérieur (on prenait son trousseau à elle qu’elle laissait dans l’entrée) - l’accès à la cuisine est particulier. Elle nous l’autorise uniquement pour prendre le thé ou le café

Am avut un acoperiș deasupra capului. Gazda și-a deschis casa pentru noi, spațiul a fost ok.

Din păcate, robinetele picurau, geamul avea o balama ruptă, deschizându-l, abia l-am putut închide la loc. Paturile aveau saltele cu arcurile desfundate, dulapului îi căzuse spatele. Întregul design interior ne-a creat impresia că suntem niște rude venite neinvitate în casa oamenilor. Partea dureroasă e că doamna Ali chiar a fost drăguță dimineața, la plecare. De aceea îmi vine greu să scriu o recenzie neplăcută, dar adevărul e că, plătind acest preț, mă așteptam măcar ca patul să fie confortabil... Regret, doamna dr. Ali.

Das ganze Haus stank nach Räucherstäbchen, das Bad musste mit Haudbewohnern und anderen Gästen geteilt werden. Beides hätte vorher bekannt gegeben werden sollen. Es wirkte unaufgeräumt aber sauber. Köche war erst nach Diskussion mit Hausherrin nutzbar

Camera spaziosa, comodità di parcheggio, zona tranquilla.

La stanza e il bagno (in condivisione) erano pieni di oggetti ed era difficile trovare una superficie su cui appoggiare le proprie cose. La camera era un po' fredda e, anche se la signora ci ha fornito una stufetta, questa non era sufficiente a scaldare l'intera stanza. In generale la pulizia non era ottimale, sul tappeto della stanza era pieno di briciole quando siamo arrivati e c'era polvere in giro.

Sypiania zbrudną podłogą i dywan z włosami.W szafie nieptrzebne rzeczy a schowek cały zapełniony bez możliwości użycia. Wspólna kuchnia cała zastawiona naczyniami na blatach wszystko zakurzone a zlew z brudnymi naczyniami. W lodówce udostępniona jedna półka na 2 pokoje .
