The host is amazing, she has thought every detail through, is very kind and nice to have a chat with. You can feel that she truly cares that each guest has a good comfortable time in her house. It honestly couldn’t have been better, I feel like this place is a hidden gem! Location also is good with bus taking you to city centre in less than 15 minutes. We will be staying here again if we come back to Edinburgh!

Not for me

Owner is very accommodating and friendly. Close to bus stops and free parking.

The bathroom is shared with the owner of the property and when I was looking to book and when I booked I only looked for private bathroom accommodation. I see now it has been changed to shared bathroom.

The property was very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighbourhood. Host was very accommodating and super friendly. We had a wonderful stay. Ps. lovely to have met their cute black cat!

Bed was comfy, the house was clean and tidy.

Value for money, bus into city just 300 meters cost 10p. It was very good for somewhere quiet to sleep. It fired the bill.

For the money charged, I can’t suggest anything I didn’t like.

Amazing stay

The hosts were immensely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The property is very easy to reach with the bus directly from Waverley Station. Would gladly stay there again:)

Pas trop loin du centre (20 minutes en bus) Bon rapport qualité prix ( Edimbourg c'est cher!) l'accueil et le calme.

Las amenidades que ofrece, tiene todo lo necesario, es como llegar a tu casa. La habitación es amplia y tienes acceso al comedor y cocina. La zona es muy tranquila. Puedes llegar desde el aeropuerto con la ruta 17 e ir al centro de Edimburgo con la ruta 19.
