The stay was comfortable and the room was clean. The host were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money.

There wasn’t much to dislike about the stay. it was good value for the price.

We stayed here for our final night in Scotland, mainly because we wanted somewhere convenient for Edinburgh Airport as we had a very early start the following morning. For that purpose, the location worked really well. The room is on the ground floor of a private family home and was clean and perfectly adequate for our one-night stay. One thing worth being aware of is that the bathroom is not en suite. You need to cross the small hallway to reach it and, as this is part of the family home, you may meet family members along the way. We did find that a little uncomfortable, particularly first thing in the morning or when getting ready for bed. We had very little interaction with our hosts apart from check in, but as we left at 6:45 the next morning, this was very much a practical overnight stop for us rather than somewhere we expected to spend much time. Overall, a clean and convenient option if being close to Edinburgh Airport is your main priority.

Gelegen in een buitenwijk met een goede OV verbinding naar Edinburgh. De kamer zag er netjes uit. Zeer vriendelijke uitbaatster die aanbood om gebruik te maken van hun keuken.

De badkamer was nieuw maar nog niet af. De keuken oogde erg onhygiënisch en nodigde niet uit om te gebruiken.
