The hosts were wonderful, kind hearted,friendly& nothing was too much trouble. They were lovely people and made me feel very welcome and I felt an intimate bond with them. The best place I've probably ever stopped, including some 4 star properties!. Will 💯% definitely be going back to stay in the not too distant future. Will be a great memory for me.😍
Nothing to do with property, which was near perfect,just a bit confusing the council having called every road with a similar name.?

Karen could not have been more accommodating and friendly. It was so cosy and comfy in the room, and I slept so well. Breakfast was delicious, too. A really lovely stay and I would definitely return on a future trip to Edinburgh. Thank you for looking after me so well.

Close to the bus stop and in a pretty quiet neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast and chats in the morning. Very comfortable room.

Lovely hosts, good feed of breakfast each morning which the lovely Karen woke up early for me to make on the days my itinerary started early. Bathroom and room both nice, with access to a mini fridge. Bus stop super close by and Edinburgh bus system the easiest city I’ve ever navigated.
