I booked a Superior Double on a Monday night for £103. En-suite, good size room. Great value for Edinburgh in the summer. I was very happy with the room and the staff were great.
The name of the Guest House is actually Fraoch. It seemed weird that they marketed it under a different name. Fraoch also had similarly, mostly positive, reviews so it seems to just be a marketing decision. But I would happily book again under either name.

Bien ubicado. El bus te deja justo delante.
La cama es bastante incómoda, tanto el colchón como las sábanas. En si la habitación es un poco vieja y el suelo hace mucho ruido al caminar.
