1. Staff very prompt with replies on queries before arrival.
2. They were gracious to offer an early check-in by having the rib that we has booked cleaned in priority.
3. The location is quite convenient. About 5-6 minutes by bus from Porta Nuova. Convenient buses to go to the city centre as well. Clear instructions to reach the location were provided. The best thing was the warmth of the office staff upon arrival.
4. We had a shared kitchen between 3 rooms, but the supplies/equipment were well maintained and kept super clean. Housekeeping would refill supplies regularly.
5. Grocery store LIDL was close by and there are a lot of eateries around in the neighbourhood.
6. Reasonably priced. Value for money. We had a fantastic view of snow capped mountains from the balcony.
1. Room size was quite small for 3 pax. Although, I wouldn’t blame them. May be I should have checked better before booking.
2. The elevator is very small and tight for carrying bags. It stops on mid landing and thus bags need to be carried a few steps. Can be difficult for elderly people.

Gostamos da localização, perto de café, supermercado e paragem de autocarros. Cerca de 7 min de autocarro até à estação comboio Porta Nueva Verona. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestáveis, respondem rapidamente. Alojamento bem equipado. Boa limpeza.
